小區周邊有點亂，小區本身不錯，能看到湖景，有鍛鍊步道，樓下就有超市，還有業主食堂，看着挺方便 。離滿族博物館比較近，步行能到的距離，房東比較熱心，房間裏裝修比較簡單，性價比還可以。

預訂的時候以為跟普通酒店啥的沒區別，入住後真是很驚喜👏👏👏房東老闆娘人很好，也特別熱情，有耐心👍👍👍房間收拾的很乾凈，很利索，有種家的感覺，而且樓下環境很好，再去的話還會選擇這家✌✌👍👍👍

小區環境不錯，能看到樓下小公園，樓下有超市，孩子玩的淘氣堡，還有釣小金魚的，小區門口有臟攤，周邊有飯店，一切需求都能滿足。還有洗浴！停車方便，而且免費。房東大姐還告訴哪裡好吃正宗

首先房東很好，非常注意細節，一次性水杯，衞生紙，衹要是需要用到的地方，就會出現！環境優美，景色宜人。床褥乾爽，非常好！
房東推薦的吃飯的地方也很好，量大的驚人！

房東很熱情 位置好找。周邊設施齊全，晚上開車幾分鐘還有夜市小吃一條街，在寬廣超市附近。
樓下也很適合遛彎兒，晚上不用開空調、很涼快、還沒有蚊子。

煙味比較重。天冷的時候沒有空調 和厚被子 ，希望能更專業一些哦，樓下早餐比較難找、日租公寓的話價格不高、去草原路過的話歇腳 也就衹能這樣了
