10月9日晚上入住
第一次遇見前台這麼牛的人、真是違背職業道德，我在網上訂的去酒店，開過以後到房間 沒有電視，去問前台為什麼房間沒有電視？她説你訂的房間就沒有電視！我説在網上是顯示有電視呀！她説你不願意住可以退呀……沒有房間了，這就是服務行業的態度嗎？我説明天要投訴你的服務態度！沒辦法呀繼續住吧太晚了（結果過了3分鐘、去敲門説可以在給你按排一間有電視的）事實證明這個前台不誠實，我到房間了發現沒拖鞋 問她要一雙一次性拖鞋，她説沒有、結果服務員去了説 櫃子裏面都有，證明前台還是不誠實。最氣憤的是昨天晚上給她説好了開成10月9日發票，結果早上去問前台給她打電話説沒有開，證明此人 人品有問題。以上返映問題（當晚有服務員可以證明、還有監控），希望酒店重視此事。
