Clean lobby and rooms, well Maintained, contemporary decor. Good breakfast selection. Easy on/off I-10 interstate.

This chain is my go to for overnight stays. The hotel was immaculate and the room and bed were extremely comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I'll be back next visit to Pensacola.

Fairly satisfied with the hotel, except for the long time for the hot water to be hot, possible recirculating pump problem. The refrigerator in our room was next to the hall door, but the hinges were on the wrong side,so you had to open the door and walk around it to remove anything from it. Hinges can be reversed pretty easily by your matenance people. Breakfast was adequate but not as good as other lesser facilities that I have stayed in. The breakfast helper was very helpful and accommodating. Nice facility overall!

The front desk attendant name Shaye was Fantastic. I feel Shaye we above her call of duty to give us an upgraded room because our room wasn’t ready after be told it was ready by housekeeping. The upgraded room was more than what we needed for our 1 night stay.

The room was very clean and all amenities you need. All staff i I countered were very polite.
