an amazingly nice and simple hotel. Our room was just right, clean, tidy and really good water pressure in the shower . We had a terrace with a view of the ocean. The staff here are super nice and remember your name straight away. The breakfast has lots to choose from as well. A lot or hotels could learn from the standard of service this hotel has set, just by them being thoroughly nice to everyone. I would come and stay here again just because of the simplicity and honesty and good service we found here. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Very clean hotel friendly and helpful staff comfortable room good breakfast ample parking good location a few minutes walk from the historic center and 10 minutes by shuttle from Lerici. Fair price considering those in the area. Advised.

Excellent position to reach Lerici and its surroundings, well served by shuttle buses with a stop right in front of the hotel. Private parking is essential. The staff is of a truly unique kindness: available for any need or request. Excellent breakfast service and cleaning.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. Clean rooms, excellent parking, abundant and varied breakfast. Very helpful staff. The only non-positive note: poorly soundproofed rooms. Good value for money. I would go back and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area

Given the covid period, you choose what you want and they bring it directly to the table. It is also possible to have breakfast on the terrace with sea view. Convenient internal parking. We were also able to leave our luggage on the day of departure in a very comfortable room with a courtesy bathroom so we could spend another day at the beach. Staff and owners very helpful and nice. Siamo stati per due giorni a Pasqua in questo hotel a Fiascherino. L'hotel è molto confortevole e situato in ottima posizione per visitare Tellaro e Lerici. Il personale è davvero gentile ed accogliente, la colazione è super, con grande varietà di dolce e salato e fantastiche torte fatte in casa. La stanza accogliente, con ottimo terrazzo vista mare. Ritorneremo sicuramente se verremo in zona

Abbiamo pernottato due notti in questo hotel. Molto semplice e trovato un po’ per caso data la nostra prenotazione all’ultimo minuto. Personale molto cortese, dal proprietario alle signore che servivano la colazione al mattino. Buona la qualità, la pulizia e molto carina la camera all’ultimo piano con balcone vista mare. Scendendo qualche scalino si arriva direttamente in una caletta bellissima dove abbiamo approfittato per gli ultimi bagni.

Un trato amable por parte del personal, Los desayunos a elegir tipo bufet con personal que te lo sirve. El parking muy cómodo en el mismo recinto.La habitación, por la disponibilidad pudimos elegir, con vistas al mar y terraza. Cerca de La Spezia o Lerici para ir a Cinque Terre. La habitación, sencilla, cómoda y amplia. Limpieza muy bien. Cerca de buenos restaurantes. En fin, que si viajamos nuevamente por esa zona volveremos elegir Cristallo.
