"Paid for 2 nights stayed for 1 night the room was dirty stains on the carpet looked like faeces it was freezing cold wind was coming in the gabs on the windows no air-conditioning but other rooms had air-conditioning that were empty got told the rooms were full up graded the room for queen got double I would like a refund please because I would not recommend anyone staying there the place should be shut down it was filthy"

"Positives: - The bedding was clean and comfortable - The room was spacious - The location was in the city - The parking was easy no issues with check-in and check-out - The aircon worked well - Good sound proofing (minus early morning construction works at 7am next door, but the property can’t control this) Negative: - The floor of the apartment was absolutely filthy. If you take your shoes off and walk around the apartment you will get black soles very quickly. They desperately need to clean the floors - One of the towels had a brown mark on it - The plants are all fake but you still notice some gnats flying around"
