Good location and clean rooms

Right next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, there is an old house, and part of it is being repaired. There was nothing at the gate, so I thought I was going the wrong way. You must take the elevator to the third floor and you will see the service desk. I stayed in a room with two bedrooms and a living room, which was big enough. Outside the window is the cathedral, and the downstairs is bustling with tourists and cafes, which feels cool.

The staff was very nice and gave us a map to explain where to go. The breakfast was also rich. The address was right next to the Cathedral of Our Lady of Flowers. When you go out for fun and see the Cathedral of Our Lady of Flowers, you will be right at home. You can walk everywhere, it's very close and convenient. The bathroom and toilet in the room are very small, there is no place to turn around, and you have to go up the stairs to get there. Please be careful if you are traveling with the elderly, but we are flying to Sicily the next day, so Staying just one night, you get what you pay for. The price-performance ratio is still good, and it can be recommended to save money. There is also a B&B next to it. I rang the doorbell by mistake, but thanks to the reminder I was able to find it. I was so confused that I didn't know how to find the door, so I just called and it was OK.

It's not a 24-hour front desk. You have to call when you arrive and the housekeeper will come over and check you in. The location of the room is good, you can see the baptistery through the window, but there is no balcony. It is in the center of Florence, but the single room is small and the bathroom space is even smaller. The price/performance ratio is average. Booked 1500+ from Ctrip, the price dropped immediately by 1200+ after booking, no refund or change allowed, 600RMB was instantly lost in two nights

Nice area. It’s a B&B didn’t know that at time of booking. Hotel was very loud. It wasn’t suitable for children. They offered the same foods everyday. There is a very tiny room that was for breakfast. It was hard to accommodate family of 5. Not sound proof so you heard everyone in there rooms.

Property is located on the square of one of the most amazing and famous sites in Florence. This is an old building, everything is old in Florence, but our suite was very nice. Clean, beds were great, Ramona was a great host, helpful and the breakfast was great! We would definitely return! Florence will be on our stop list again.

The property is located right outside the cathedral of Santa Maria del fiore and is 15 minutes walk from most major sights. Really enjoyed my stay!

Built in 1322 as the orphanage run by the church. Under going renovations. The room was nice and the shower was good. The view was amazing of the cathedral. Reception is limited hours so make sure to arrange your arrival time

i love the location and the friendliness of the staff, the coffee was so good. i think it was very clean, but there was some construction in the building that felt dusty. the toilet needs a bit of glue I felt it was about to break. but other than that the location can not be beat, and again staff was super nice

The property's location is great and it was overall a comfortable stay. The included breakfast was also a great touch. In terms of cleanliness, it was disappointing that the staff only clean the rooms once every other day and we couldn't even get extra towels. In addition, the entire property is under construction and it was very difficult finding the location.

The property doesn't have a front desk person, this is a B&B, not a hotel. The location is great, but if you have trouble sleeping with noise, this is not the place to stay they are above 2 bars that play loud music and are open till 2-3 am. We didn't have any issues as the loudness didn't interfere with our sleep. This shouldn't be a VIP property they can't provide any of the VIP services such as a free bottle or voucher for a discount because they don't even have a restaurant or the amenities within the B&B. The AC wouldn't even cool down enough although the room was small good thing it rained and the temperature outside dropped to 60's so we were comfortable, but it was hot outside forget it.

There is no front desk until 2:00 o’clock. The cleaning guy welcome the guests but he was very rude and unfriendly. I was afraid to ask anything because he was making angry face all the time. Good location but horrible service.
