Pros: great location close to all the attractions. Nice apartment.
Cons: was missing the “small things”. No wine glasses (in Tuscany??), only two bath towels for ten days, no dish rag or towel to clean dishes. Only three pillows for an apartment for four.
We texted our apartment contact twice with no reply back :(

Nice apartment in a nice place in Florence. Received a timely message from the owner about the location and check-in.
On arrival we were surprised by the beautiful location of this apartment. We were not welcomed very enthusiastically. Also, a lock was broken on arrival and there was a brown stain in one of the blankets. Everything else was very neat. And it is recommended to go here. Kitchen was nice, great shower and beds were okay.
