We stayed with my 5 year old for 4 days. It was magical. Beautiful apartment, beautful location we walked everywhere , saw florence by foot.. and wonderful host.. who welcomed us with information and wine.

We liked everything about Lorenzo's large and comfortable Greenhouse apartment. It's a quick taxi ride from the SMN train station. There are a couple of buses you can take from there, as well. From the moment we arrived there, Lorenzo provided all we needed as he showed us all of the amenities and how they worked. Greenhouse is a beautiful, spacious and well-equipped home. The apartment was nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you need to stay in for a meal; dinner or breakfast. Both bedrooms were very nice and comfortable; one with an en-suite bathroom and a good size balcony. The Greenhouse is situated on a quiet residential street, but still near restaurants, a pharmacy and grocery store. Close to Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo and the shopping district of Florence. Close to a bus stop, as well. Lorenzo was an excellent and accommodating host. He was sincere, friendly, very helpful and available. You can't go wrong renting this apartment. We highly recommend it and if we are fortunate enough to return to Florence for a 6th visit, we will stay at the Greenhouse. What did not like · There was absolutely nothing we didn't like. It was perfect right down to the keyless entry and the welcome bottle of wine.

L'appartamento si presenta molto pulito e ordinato. la posizione favorevole, (Porta Romana), permette in poco tempo di essere in centro con i mezzi praticamente sempre disponibili. il proprietario è una persona squisita, ti accoglie e ti segue per ogni necessità. l'accoglienza con la bottiglia di Chianti è un gesto molto gentile ed apprezzato. l'unico neo della struttura se risiedete al piano terra, sono i rumori dei piani superiori e del personale di servizio. Da visitare sicuramente. OTTIMO.
