Very spacious , excellent welcome and immediately available. Good and abundant breakfast. Excellent location, literally near the motorway, a comfortable street!! . A quite spacious room. The full comfort bathroom. The water of the shower was not very stable, it continued to change the temperature continuously, from warm to cold and cold to warm, you were more disputed with water than doing the shower.

Location and Service are strong points of Hotel delle nazioni. however, a broken toilet button (that got resolved) should have not occurred. The staff member came up and fixed it in timely fashion. Th facility score is lower because of the noise from the tram outside our windows staritng at 0500 and going up to 2030 in the evening was distracting, plus the discard pipes from shower and toilet use by the upstairs room made for alot of noise and difficulty in sleeping. Good breakfast and service. Hotel is near the Firenze train station but is farther away from the attractions to see in FLorence.

What a friendly and clean hotel! Convenient, excellent continental breakfast (even included eggs!), and superb staff to help with everything. Miguele, at the front desk was especially helpful with our entire 3 day stay. Parking was a big bonus, not usually included in this price range.

This hotel was brilliant. My friend and I came to celebrate her 44th and can I say the hotel is NOT full of students as some reviews have said, there all a huge range of demographics and nationalities. The hotel itself is so cute and well decorated. Very kitsch. The staff were SUPERB! I feel bad that I can’t remember their names but I do remember Francesca from reception. What a girl! She helped us get dinner reservations, what bars to go to and had a wicked humour! From the pool bar - Candi. So chatty and sweet! Breakfast was brilliant. Not sure what some people are complaining about? You’re not going to get a 100000 calorie American breakfast. This is Europe. We had scrabbled eggs on toast each morning. There are sausages and bacon if you want. The. We had some fruit and yogurt, followed by a pain au chocolate or a croissant and jam. I usually had a bread and cheese as well! More than enough to get you going. Lavazza coffee too. We went to go out in our first Friday and as we came down there was a DJ and a free bar with popcorn, pretzels, and crisps as the hotel is very inclusive and community focused. The hotel is also very environmentally aware so to read reviews about people moaning that their towels and bedding weren’t changed- please! Nobody and I mean nobody fainted their towels and sheets every day in our own houses. It’s once or twice a week. The damage to the environment and the increased costs to hotel rooms are as a direct result of people like YOU. My only little niggle was that there was a fabulous Nespresso machine but the coffee was not filled daily, however a quick call to reception and we had some brought to the room. We didn’t use the pool due to some bad weather and plans in the day but we sat up there having a drink and people had clearly been swimming so I don’t think that’s an issue either. The view from the pool bar is UNREAL. I literally mean it’s spectacular. They have games such as table tennis and fusball and swings in the entrance which my friend and I had a go on after a tipsy evening. I’m won’t talk about how amazing Florence is as a city as that’s a whole other review. But this hotel is fantastic as long as you’re fun and are open to a new experience

L unica cosa buona è la posizione , la gentilezza di averci fatto avere la camera già alle 11.30 e averci fatto lasciare le valigie .peccato per la pulizia della camera mentre prendevo l' asciugamano ho visto le CIGLIA di quelle finte attaccate all asciugamano .orrore. ho non è stato proprio cambiato ma solo ripiegato oppure la lavanderia non ha lavato. Stanza 209. Poi un caldo assurdo durante la notte e non puoi regolarti l aria perché è centralizzata,quindi spalanco la finestra in piena notte,ma niente non si riesce a dormire per i rumori che provengono dalla strada. Poi al momento del ritiro dell auto nonostante li avessimo avvisati in anticipo di un ora, come richiesto da loro .l auto ce la riconsegnano con un ora di ritardo.

I am not writing this type of reviews often, but unfortunately this time I have to in order to reflect the reality about this hotel. Prior to this hotel we stayed at another hotel in Rome also 4-star that we really enjoyed (price level and distance from city center was similar). Firstly, I would like to point out that this hotel, even though it has 4 stars, cannot be considered to be a European-level 4-star hotel at all, at maximum a refurbished 3-star hotel. Given the price and its location, I would like to tell you straight, it is quite expensive for what you get, especially given the further circumstances described below. Secondly, I have not read many negative reviews regarding the noise level, but would like to shed some light on that. Even though we asked for a quiet room, we got the room facing the hotel parking and front road. I cannot say that there was a lot of noise from the road, but you could definitely hear cars from the road. But the biggest problem is the noise insultaion, or more precisely its complete absence. We could hear our neighbours talking in the other room like they were in our room. Our neighbours were awake until late night and we could hear them receiving messages while chatting on the phone and it seemed like the phone was vibrating each time near your ear. There was also noise from outside and other neighbours (it was partially not clear where it was coming from), so overall an awful experience also given the fact that each room has roller blinds and some people are using them at night and each time you can hear the mechanism working (it is quite loud). When people flush in other rooms, it sounds like it starts raining heavily. To sum up, insulation is really bad. Thirdly, the room was furbished at the level of refurbished 3-star hotel, the old hairdriers from the 20th century, only one card key, thus you cannot leave the AC on when you leave the room. Room was not ventilated at all once we arrived, so it was very hot to sleep and smell was not very pleasant. Breakfast at the level of 3-star hotel maximum and they do not let people finish their breakfast telling at 9:55am that you have to leave in 5 minutes since the breakfast time ends at 10am. As a cherry on the tart, when we were leaving we were told that the water in the room was not complimentary when we arrived, even though we did not found anywhere information with pricing of water in the room. When I asked where we could find price list for water in the room, as I belive it should be clearly placed in a visible spot, the person at reception firstly insulted us in Italian (not knowing that we speak Italian) and then just answered arrogantly ”it is in the room”, showing that he does not want to speak with us. Unbelievable and unacceptable behaviour from staff, you are paying them for being treated in such a manner... Overall, I understand that Florence is an expensive and crowded city, but in this instance when we unfortunately had only extremely negativ

Quite, clean and cozy hotel. All staffs are nice and kind. Bathroom condition and room condition is stunning. Only one cons is not good to come here with public transport. If you can rent a car or using taxi, here is nice hotel in florence. I'm sure you love here.

Thank you :) Our experience at the hotel was great. In many ways this hotel was ideal for us, it wasn't right in the city center where all the noise is, but it was close enough to it (about half an hour's walk to the train station with a suitcase and bags). The hotel staff was excellent, very kind and respectful with lots of good and efficient advice. The room was spacious enough and clean and we didn't lack anything. One weak point was for us and it was the bed which was a double bed but, it was connected by two mattresses, and an air conditioner that worked but made a lot of noise. In conclusion, if you don't mind walking to the city center (I strongly recommend everyone to walk and not use public transport, there is a lot to see on the way :) ) And you are looking for the hotel staff to be nice, polite, experienced, know the surroundings and know how to give you tips, this is the hotel check for you. I think this is a hotel that is missing out on its appearance. You might think it's a strange hotel because of its very busy exterior. The interior is very clean and the hotel is very comfortable. The common space is large and there are vending machines, which is very convenient. The other guests have a high level of civility, and many of them are well-mannered and have common sense. You won't have to worry about unwanted guests. Hotels in central Florence can be extremely expensive. There are many facilities that are not worth the price. Personally, even if it takes a little more time to travel, I felt it would be better to start from this hotel.

This was my favorite hotel stay while in Italy for 2 weeks. I almost don’t want to share how incredible this hotel is because it will be harder for us to get in next time. Everything about this property is wonderful—from the location to the staff, incredible dining, large rooms (unusual for many European hotels) and the price. It is not cheap but definitely worth every penny! The lobby is beautiful too. We loved it here. We will be back…if we can get in. I was told they also have affordable apartment rentals too. A great idea if you want to stay in Florence for a week or more! The only negative is the hotel gym… but who comes to Florence to be stuck in a hotel gym? Not me, but I thought Inwouid share for the gym rats! Love this hotel!!
