I visited the spa daily for approximately two weeks after purchasing a monthly pass as an extern guest. One day I discovered that I was sharing the pool with a cook roach. I discretely informed the staff. They removed it and apologized, while I experienced great distress and definitely could not enjoy the scheduled massage in the following hour.The next day there was another incident that left me severely doubting the hygiene of the place, so I extended my concerns to the floor manager. He was keen on re assuring me that they were “at norm”and ,conform regulations, the pool had been cleaned once a month. Zero customer care was extended to me to compensate my distress and no extra measures were taken. Needless to say, I had expected impeccable service and hygiene. This is the first time I leave a negative review but I truly believe that better care is required and visitors should be warned.

From the moment we arrived to when we left we were very well looked after. On arrival we were greeted and offered complimentary drinks in an area near reception. We were then shown to our room, rather than being told which floor we were. Our bedroom was very large and the air conditioning was a bonus as it was very warm outside. We had a comfortable bed, nice touch staff coming in early evening to turn bedsheets down and putting water beside beds. Separate toilet/bathroom with two sinks and decent shower. Reception staff, sorry too many of you to mention, were really helpful, whether it be getting taxis, booking restaurants for us and where to go. Breakfast was brought to your table and there was plenty of it. Perhaps more hot food rather than just eggs in different forms? Star man for us was Alessandro. We met him on our first night, we were here for 5 nights, and no matter what time of day we saw him he always came up and chatted with us and is a really nice person. Overall this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and is close to all main attractions in the city and only a short walk from train station. We will definitely return at some stage. On the event of my husband's 70th birthday, I reached out to the Relais Santa Croce directly for assistance in creating a memorable trip for ourselves and 12 of his closest friends. Flora, and ALL the staff at this beautiful 'Palazzo Hotel', could not have been more helpful, accommodating and sincere. They assisted in creating an amazing 5 days in Florence, uniquely curated to all our needs - museum tours, wine tours in the countryside and fantastic restaurant reservations. Besides Flora, the General Manager and the excellent front desk staff....Carlo and the Food and Beverage staff, facilitated an amazing in-suite Welcome Dinner for 12 people, special group lunches, and a kept our in-suite hospitality bar stocked and operational for 5 straight days. All these services were done with exceptional professionalism but also warm and sincere friendliness. Even though we were a bigger party, and lots of 'moving parts' we were never made to feel that any of our requests were a bother, or not achievable. In summary, although we have stayed all over the world in 5 and 6 star hotels, and in many Relais & Chateaux ....I would consider this one of the top 10 hotels we have ever stayed in in regards to service. Thank you for a truly amazing trip.

This is a lovely, clean hotel with good facilities and location and an excellent breakfast. It has a very traditional decor, with a modern bathroom. Our room was pleasant enough but the window faced a wall and had huge shutters which we couldn't open. Hence, there was hardly any natural light in the room. I also found the staff a bit unfriendly, especially at the reception desk. There was no greeting if you walked past, and they did seem slightly condescending - not the usual friendliness you would expect on a reception desk. The staff at breakfast were much nicer. I liked this hotel, but a little friendliness and a smile go a long way and would have enhanced our stay.

The location of the room is good, in the urban area, the room can be considered as a big, very fine hotel! The lobby of the hotel is very stylish. Breakfast dining environment is also good! The layout of the room, a family of three 👨‍👩‍👧 will not be crowded when staying! The child's bed is on the other side of the room. Good space, three suitcases don't feel too crowded! The bathroom space is not small, the shower room is very interesting, it is flexible and retractable! The hotel's air conditioner is a bit hot, and the air conditioner is turned off, but I still feel a bit hot! Everything else is fine! Very cost-effective hotel.

The doorway is a large square, loading and unloading luggage can stay here for a while but not overnight or definitely copy the card; 3. Special note, self-driving friends to go to Florence to book a hotel must see if the old city, that is, the traditional city center, it is very convenient to live here, the building is the most beautiful, but the parking fee is very expensive; 4. Very good location only 10 minutes walk to the cathedral and Galleri Accademia. Very clean, quiet and cozy hotel. Nice breakfast and very friendly and service minded staff. A special thanks to Barbara who was so smiling, helpful and service minded! She fixed tickets and everything I asked for. Absolutely amazing service! I have been in Florence many times and Hotel Loggiano dei serviti will be my favorite hotel in Florence. Thank you so much from my whole group! Arrivederci 😍

The landlord, Francesca, is very nice, like Tinkerbell's Treasure Bag, responsive, and what you need to ask her is faster than searching on the Internet by yourself. 😀 The day I left was because it was a night flight, and the room was not full that day. He waited until I went to the airport in the afternoon before checking out. The house is big enough, and the bed is big enough and comfortable. At the door is the Academy of Fine Arts where you can see David's sculpture. The location is very convenient to go to attractions such as the Cathedral of Notre-Dame de Flores, Uffizi Gallery and Old Bridge, which are only a few minutes to ten minutes' walk away. The only minor drawback is that the bath water is not hot enough and not big enough. Fortunately, the heating is sufficient. If you turn on the heating and take a bath, you won't catch a cold.
