I got a very clean and quiet room. The personal was very friendly and thoughtful about my late arrival. It is located close to a green area (camping and river), and easily accessible along the main road. A bit far walking from the Foix city centre (about 3.5 km), but connected by bus line1 within 10 minutes during business hours. I recommend this hotel.

It was our second time, as well as with the first time we were not deceived at all. Hotel owners should care about securing bath tub exit with a handle and improve general light. In the era of leds that shall not be a problem.

CATASTROPHIQUE, 1er week-end de juin. chambre sale avec des larves de mouches verte et non des cloportes comme on nous a dit , trou d'humidité dans le plafond de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Le tableau électrique non fermé a clé (si on voulais on pouvais tout faire disjoncter). Odeur pas du tout agreable dans la chambre. La salle de repas avec une toile d'araignée qui ne c'est pas faite en une journée. Le repas était assez bon cependant gare aux dates sur les assaisonnements (ketchup périmé 20 avril 2022,mayonnaise périmé 1 juin 2022, moutarde périmé depuis 16 janvier 2022). En clair nous avons était très déçu de cette nuit je veut bien que ce soit un 2 étoiles mais y'a quand même des limites. A fuir

I booked this hotel on ***********. It stated the money was pay on arrival but the hotel took the money immediately. Shark practice. When I arrived I saw they had a bistro and I asked them if they were serving food and they said yes and it’s all home cooked and fresh. They have a set menu for €24 so I decided to eat after a long day driving 400 miles. The salad came out and was ok but far too much hard cheese cubes and the tomatoes were almost frozen. The pizza was next one of their specialties judging by the pizza signs ! Well it arrived and look fabulous. As soon as I started cutting it I realised something was wrong ! The base was uncooked and the pastry base still raw and like uncooked dough. The waitress was having none of it then the chef came out and told me if he cooks another it will be the same !! I was not winning ! In the end they did some chips for me which were over cooked and I left and cancelled breakfast ! I then found it ridiculous the receptionist chewed me the full price even though I didn’t have a dessert !!! The sale, wine and chips came to €14 but she insisted on €24. Sadly a franchise hotel and no management to resolve these issues. A shame as with effort this could be a nice hotel !

pleasant setting, friendly staff, manager present (appreciable) excellent breakfast, location at the foot of the Pyrenees at the top for bikers, accessible and secure parking delighted with the stay ..

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Les équipes sont très agréables, attentives et professionnelles. Les chambres sont impeccables, la restauration et de qualité, le petit déjeuner est très copieux, avec une très grande variété de produits, on se régale. Je recommande aussi bien l’hôtel que le restaurant.
