"I stayed for 3 nights at B&B Hotel Ascoli Piceno and my room was excellent. It was a good size, clean, quiet and very comfortable. I enjoyed being able to open the windows when the weather was cooler. The air conditioner was easy to operate and was effective in cooling the room. There was ample parking immediately in front of the hotel. The only problem was the location of the hotel, a long way from the city centre and restaurants, bars and shops. There is a small supermarket within 10 minutes walking distance, but otherwise the hotel is quite isolated. Despite the location I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay there again."

"Good evening, after the reviews I had changed my mind that perhaps those who speak badly are a manager who wants to lose customers. Unfortunately this was not the case. The rooms are full of dust not to mention the dirty and ruined walls. The room leading to the bedrooms is dark. The shower in room 28 leaks while you wash. If I could add a video, it would give a better idea. 4 stars???? Not even 2! It may be ancient but so is the palace of Caserta and it is not so dirty and ruined. Never again!"

"We had a lovely night’s stay at Residenza 100 Torri in Ascoli Piceno. Our room was beautiful and spacious with great attention to detail. The hotel is very conveniently situated for exploring Ascoli Piceno which itself was a wonderful discovery for us, both in terms of its beauty and charm as well as value for money compared to many other Italian cities. The hotel arranged parking, which was easier than I had thought. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Ascoli Piceno and Residenza 100 Torri for a great experience in the Marche region of Italy."

"We booked this property because, looking at the photos, it looked like a nice place to spend a night while we were passing through on our way back from vacation. The reality is quite different from what the photos portray. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed the broken wooden interior door, the holes in the bedspread, and the filth, as if the room hadn't been cleaned in a while. Dust was all over the parquet floor and in the bathroom, even the toilet seat was broken, a dead fly was on the floor next to the bidet, and hair was in the shower. It was truly disgusting! Generally speaking, rooms should be clean, and I would even expect this from a 4-star hotel! I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you have children like us!"
