The pool was heated, and we were given chairs and towels for the beach. It was across the street from the beach entrance. I'll want to go next week there.
Didn't like the noise of people at an outside bar. It was suppose to stop at 11 pm but lasted longer.

great place that i enjoyed staying at. My only complaint is they dont have an iron for your clothes in the whole place. Besides for that i enjoyed it !!!

It is across the street from the beach. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. No sandwich restaurant like advertised. Pool was not heated. VERY outdated. Tons of smoking guests. Drinks were very expensive at the bar. $12 for a margarita! A/C is regulated at 72 degrees! Windows don’t open to let in fresh air. This was one of the cheapest places to stay in the area with a pool and close to the beach. Pool lounger chairs were nice.

The hotel is very old and is in dire need of an overhaul. The bar is extremely loud and despite non-smoking signs throughout the property, employees and guests were smoking on hotel property. The parking lot is much too small for the number of rooms, and many of the spots are around back of the hotel, which is very difficult to navigate to. There is only ONE handicapped spot, and for all five days of our stay, the employee on duty was parked in that spot. The sheets were not clean and the refrigerator smelled funky. The housekeeping staff knocked on our door at 8AM, even though we had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. Yes, it is convenient to the beach across the street. However, it is not a very pleasant place to stay.

Place was okay- it definitely needs a nice new renovation inside the bedrooms bcs its very dated. Area was nice, lots of palm trees and plants. Landlord is very nice place ran by family.

They have an 11pm noise curfew but the bar is open past that and 10 feet from the rooms
Not anything close to being a resort

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient and lots of good dining around. Short walk to NY Deli for a great breakfast or lunch. Hotel is a little worn, but excellent water pressure and shower. Can get a little noisy at night-get a room as far away as you can from the office area. No coffee in the room so get up early and head for the Deli!

Staff was great… we had a problem with the water getting warm, but the staff offered us another room… it’s nothing nice but if you’re in a pinch…. It’s a solid place to stay.

This property was very terrible. Check in we had to stand outside as if we were purchasing a ticket at a booth. ROACHES!!
