Extended Stay America Suites - Fort Worth - City View Reviews

After many days and lots of money spent we were asked to leave because my car window was busted out as if it was my fault. Normally my favorite location. Needless to say not any more

I arrived to check in and learned they had no first floor rooms and the elevator is out. My knees can't handle stairs. Said I had to go to ******* for a refund. ******* refuses to refund because I did not cancel before check-in. I don't know if Extended Stay or ******* are robbing me, or if they are sharing their ill gotten gain.

The elevator was broken and i had to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. There was a hole in the wall. The toilet seat was broken. The shower never stopped dripping. We had to leave cash at the front desk for a deposit.

My stay was horrible I complained about the people they had above me for 3 days I was there , they did nothing about my complaints the couple that stayed above my head had children running around bumping and jumping all night literally, I was disappointed by the lack of communication the staff had with each other and that made my stay horrible

Price of hotel for the night stay was the only good part. Room was dirty and not sanitized properly bed was dirty with sheets not properly washed. Restroom was also not clean either hair all over the place on floor and bathtub. Also the $100 cash deposit you cannot check out before 7 am to get it back. So i had to wait to get it back and person at front desk showed up late to work ended up 15 min late until 7:15 he shows up finally. Will never again stay at this hotel and i do not reccomend other people to stay here there are way better other choices.

I didn’t see any bugs plus it was semi clean they said in process of redoing. Was ok for the price I just needed a place to lay my head They staff was really good and nice so that helped

2nd time I've stayed heater in room does not work and the front desk says sorry we can't change you rooms speak to manager in morning check out is 11am didn't offer extra blankets nothing. So this hotel takes people money when rooms aren't ready hot water didn't work either couldn't shower spent 75.00 plus a 100.00 deposit for a rm with no heat or hot water smh it's 15 degrees outside This was ppp

The first room I checked in was absolutely dirty I've work at hotels for over 6 years and everywhere that was suppose to be clean was dirty ! Behind the toilets had urine left on it , hair was on the toilet as well as all in the tubs it was just dirty and unacceptable . The second room I checked in wasn't the best but I was so tired from driving hours and waiting downstairs for th front desk person to find me a room I just cleaned the bathroom myself . The water stayed hot for 30 seconds so we had to take cold baths my stay was terrible I wish I could get my money back I would never stay there again .

Very dirty bad smell ! If your woman don’t stay here by yourself someone tried to enter my room at 2 am ! I planned on staying a few night I hurried up and checked out! Place is unsafe and sketchy! I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here !

Hotel smells awful. My room had so many roaches. Had lots of sketchy people. I did not sleep well. I will not book here again.

The faucet in our bathroom leaked all night and it was a big leak , looked like mold up by the shower head no coffee machine in the room and the first morning we got up early for complementary coffee at 7:30 and it was not up and out yet ….. I mean I guess we got what we payed for

At least they had coffee??? See above... Also someone had smoked out the whole area

The first room they put us in was a “non smoking” room. It smelled like cigarette smoke. A/C filters were covered in nicotine. Second room they put us in was a mess. We had to go get bedding and made the bed. Floor was dirty. They brought us towels. Water leaked all night in the bathtub. Sink drain leaked

I didnt feel safe in the area. I had to give them a $100 deposit. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in their covers because they didnt look clean.
