The first two nites of my stay, there was no one answering the phone at the reception desk which was very frustrating.
Housekeeping was supposed to be every other day, but my room was consistently overlooked. (I stayed 5 days), When I complained to the front desk I waited 2 hours for a response if housekeeping was coming with towels. Apparently the front desk couldn't reach them. I was promised housekeeping the next day and again nothing was done. Fortunately the person at the reception desk my last two days was excellent and finally resolved my problem. The quality of daily breakfast was uneven, especially over the weekend. Some of the rolls and muffins were stale, and the scrambled eggs were overcooked and dried out.

In town to celebrate Christmas with all three of my (grown) Children for the first time together. Also celebrateing my youngest son's Birthday and to top it off he he received word that passed his exam and is now a licensed Physician! This whole celebration was put together suddenly the week before Christmas. Not able to book where I normally stay, I was able to book at the Fairfield suites. I was pleasantly surprised with my accommodations. Clean, comfortable, staff was very pleasant and professional.
