This was by far the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. The service was shockingly inefficient, and the staff's attitude was completely unprofessional. I tried contacting the hotel in advance to request early check-in, but no one ever responded to my messages or calls.
After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left some valuable items in the cabinet under the TV. I immediately contacted the hotel multiple times, but again—no reply at all. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
For a hotel that claims to offer good service, this was simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will certainly never stay here again.

Room very clean and our room cleaner Milena very friendly and helpful.
This is the 3rd time staying here. This time, we booked the Suite L, and we like this layout and size. Also, only this category has a microwave.

剛好出差在法蘭克福，看酒店外觀定的，check-in需要自助，長住不建議毛巾都不會換，畢竟公寓，沒有人搞衞生。
