Residence Inn Boston Franklin

The facility is very good. Age is showing in little ways, but this was the perfect spot. Two items: there is no whirlpool anymore, and the bar was never open. The reason for the rating is almost certainly of the control of the people onsite. Bathtub resurfacing is an incredibly toxic process, and they were doing that in an adjoining room- without any warning. The fumes started to enter the room near bedtime- making the impact even greater. Fortunately, the front desk did have a replacement room, but multiple people had to find a different room late at night.

Nice place to have a short stay. As a matter of fact I will be back in a week for a few days.

The weather outside was absolutely terrible, but the hotel was wonderful! The staff is friendly and efficient and the hotel is clean and comfortable

Nice stay. Only feedback I have is the early breakfast. Ran out of things regularly, messy at times & coffee not fresh at times. Thank You

This was a great stay while we were visiting friends. Very clean, great breakfast, staff was GREAT! Highly recommended this location!!

The property was nice and the room was really spacious and clean. The breakfast can add few menus. But overall nice rooms and staff.

NOW THEY CHARGE FOR PARKING, despite that the location is in an industrial park.

I loved the set up and it allowed us to save on eating out. I do wish housekeeping would have come by to change out towels and trash.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Room size I got for my 8 days stay was good. Staff was friendly. Area and the property location was good. Disliked: Bathroom was in broken condition. I tried to change my room but others also have similar problems. This property needs a lot of maintenance. You will not get hot water consistently even though they changed the boiler during my stay.
