I was booked from 15.7. –17.7.2023 (Room 311) at Hotel Föhr. I booked directly via the hotel homepage, and therefore paid the maximum price for these 2 days for one single room (Euro 301.-). From a 4-Sterne Hotel as it is announced, I expect a top service. Unfortunately I found everything else. First, I wanted to use the toilet, where when opening the cover, I opened a disgustful picture of a dirty toilet as well as the taste after it. Since it was later in the evening, I accepted this at the moment, although the smell of the toilet was present all night. On the other morning I wrote a complaint about the hotel homepage. No one has registered on this. I also mentioned the shower, which is brown at the departure as well as the ribs of the shower walls are brown and very polluted. Also the wheel was fit for the rest of the picture. I wanted to make a coffee in the room in the morning, I found only discoffee coffee that probably will be the least people in the morning and therefore will not be a great consumption. I mentioned this in the complaint. The whole night the door of the staircase was loudly shocked, which is not recommended for a quiet sleep. Therefore we were traveling all day, where I couldn't care about it anymore. On the early night we came back. I went to my room where a pretty picture opened me again, the room was not made. I went to the reception and wanted to complain. There was already a gentleman in front of me from the room next to which the same has happened, his room was not made too. The lady at the reception said she could not do anything at the moment. So I had to spend the 2th night in this unmade and smelling room. On the morning of my departure I then met another gentleman with broken German before my door, which was first will be friendly to me. I asked him whether he was responsible for the rooms and whether he was this the day before. He said yes, then I told him also directly that I was in my room on the first day with a dirty toilet which was found and no more was done on the 2nd day. When he mentioned he had changed the floor towel in the bathroom. That only the floor towel in the bathroom was changed was true, I also noticed that. If that was the definition of room cleaning, I miss the words! Then this Lord responded hatefully and wanted to claim he had made my room. But since I was not the only in this hotel and there are also evidence, from the Lord from the room next door, who has experienced the same thing, the truth is inevitable.
