We stayed in a 4 bed lodge. We were underwhelmed by the interior, it's quite dated. Not 4*, furniture hadn't been moved during cleaning, floors and corners etc. were dusty. You have to put the bed linen on yourself upon arrival? Very strange. The activities shown on the website are not at the park, you have to travel to other locations (mostly by car, not walkable) to take part in any watersports. Natura Bike Parc was great. The Spin was brilliant with a cafe bar, skate park, inflatable obstacle course. The Landal park nearby has a man made beach which was extremely busy as you'd expect on a 30° day. There'd be very little to do here in poor weather.

Over crowded- air conditioning in the villas is very poor/ not working . Property advertises with bike rentals but doesn't have a mouth bikes available

beautifull villa's,nce vieuw around the lake,we have a 8persons house,total full with kitchen tools,and nice livingroom and perfect sleeping bed's;a few points for wrong result,the people before our holiday are cleaning the glass and eat bords not good,and the house keeping was also not good when we arriving in our villa,we found towels and dirty sock's in de bedroom,and the cleaning was not fine,!we cleaning everything again ,also when we leave our house after the week holiday!!

Sometimes, websites are deceptive 🙄 This is how it's with this place ! it looks like you'll spend time in heaven from the website... but on the ground, always reality is always shocking 😲 Parking is free and enough, houses looks nice from outside. But they've a rude Non-profissional reception team. Always keep your food reserves and drinks with you.. as it's like in the middle of nowhere in a hard desert .. Arrived after long drive with my kid of 10 years old around 9.30 pm and they've nothing open even for snakes or sandwiches, the team working in front office is not friendly, unless to give any information if they already have any..!!! Rooms are clean, nice, good furniture, nice bath and toilets. Would never recommend it to anyone, unless he/she really wanna detachment from the planet.😔😞

Looks good but really dirty. Shocking service. All show but poor poor poor. Villa is dirty, cleaning was not done although the manager said it had been. Chewing gum in a clothes cupboard. And in kitchen. Windows covered in dog nose marks. Floors feel like walking in stones. Staying here for 11 nights. No cleaning/ no new sheets/ no new towels! Manager says only clean or change at cost and its not important how long you stay. We are a group of 6 villas, all are the same. Vile in any other location but with no competition this place won’t improve.

Terrible experience during our Christmas holidays. We booked two days in advance a "superior villa", hoping to spend a nice pampered week and Christmas in a luxurious accommodation. What we found was simply disgusting, please see pics yourself: toilet dirty, sofa stained, bed sheets stained, walls and forniture dirty. This was villa M4. When we asked for a refund we received confusing answers (first there was no place available, then when we were ready to leave, there was a place available). The conditions of maintenance of the villa we were given were absolutely horrible. This should be a 4 star village, we were disappointed and offended by the behaviour of the staff.

Erg dat ze in zo een groot park geen woord Nederlands spreken en met heel veel moeite Engels, wat bijna niet verstaanbaar is. We wilden 2 huisjes boeken van 6 en 8 personen, dicht aan het meer want onze grootmoeder van 93 jaar gaat ook mee en kan niet ver meer wandelen maar gaat graag tot het meer, zij moet ook een toilet onder hebben want kan niet steeds met de trap naar boven. Hebben al 10 tallen mails gestuurd en gebeld, maar de communicatie is verschrikkelijk. Krijgen dus geen huisjes nummers die vrij zijn dicht bij het meer, worden bruut afgewezen ze andwoorden zelfs niet meer op onze mails

Nous avons passé quelques jours pour fêter la fin de l’année dans ce village vacances. En été, ce doit être vraiment chouette et bien animée. En hiver, par temps gris, c’est un peu tristounet. Mais bon… Les alentours des logements sont agréables, avec les espaces verts, les plantations, les petits étangs artificiels et les ponts. Il ne semble pas y avoir assez de places de stationnement pour tous les locatifs, puisque les gens se garent sur les pelouses. Question de respect des lieux? Alors il faudra un minimum de contrôle, p.ex. noter les plaques d’immatriculation et faire dégager les contrevenants. Rez-de-chaussée : superbe à première vue. Si on regarde de plus près, on remarque quand même que les équipements sont plutôt bas de gamme, que les chaises ont déjà (sur)vécu et que les canapés sont tâchés. Étage: les chambres sont grandes, mais spartiates. Grandes armoires, très bien. La couette et les oreillers ne sentaient pas le frais. La nuit, par grand vent, je sentais un courant d’air assez désagréable. Là où je dois mettre un triple bémol, ce sont les salles de bain, surtout celle avec la baignoire. Moisissures sur le mur, le revêtement des murs se décollent. Le mitigeur est hyper dangereux, car il n’a pas de sécurité et l’eau devient vite bouillante. Je me suis brûlée le poignet en touchant le côté gauche du mitigeur. Faites attention aux enfants!!! Nous nous sommes tout de même bien reposés pendant notre séjour, mais ce n’est pas forcément un endroit où nous reviendrons.
