My stay at Fujiginkei is impressive in every detail. The staff is super friendly. They greeted us at the bus stop and guided us to the hotel. The lady is very patient explaining the instructions of wearing the Japanese yukata. The dinner and breakfast are both great. I like the pretty kitchenwares and delicate food. The staff also specially prepared the dessert for us to celebrate my family member's retiremen.. An elder gentleman working in the cafe is humorous and can speak a little Chinese. He took a photo for us and we even got the photo phisically in the next morning upon checkout. What a suprise! I also enjoyed the open air onsen and the scenery from there and our room. The whole experience is unforgettable and I would definitely recommend friends who plan to visit kawaguchiko to stay here.

Outstanding view from the guest room. It is just like a fine art piece of work. The parking space makes staying a leisure. It is a pity that the public bath is not onsen.
