The hotel is directly opposite Canal City, and from the window, you can see the other side of the river. The location is okay, about a 15-minute walk from the subway station and around 20 minutes to Tenjin.

We had a great stay in the hotel and the staff at the reception is very helpful to accommodate our needs to extend one night

The room is clean and spacious. The check in procedure takes a bit long but it’s fine. Amenities available in the lobby floor, car park costs 2500 yen per night. I’m travelling with my kid and the room is big enough and has many sockets available for setting up the electrical appliances

Nice rooms, particularly good size compared to other hotels in Japan where the rooms are very small. Good location in the centre of Fukuoka, short distance to shops and restaurants.

This hotel is big enough compare with other hotels nearby. I stayed at the room with balcony. From there, I can have chance to enjoy the river view!

Very well located in the heart of Fukuoka, everything a traveller needs was right there ! beach was a 2 minute walk and our room was on the upper floor with a beautiful view of the water.. loved our time in Fukuoka 👌

The electric kettle had a strong, unpleasant odor after boiling – seriously, what the heck?! And it was incredibly noisy outside at night, didn't quiet down until around 1 AM! On the plus side, it had a balcony, the location was decent, and the room itself was okay.

We were travelling across Japan for over 1 month and this was our first hotel - it set a high standard and remains one of our favorite stays. We love our room type - it was very spacious and comfortable for 2 adults with multiple luggage bags. We like that the toilet is separate from the bathroom which had a shower and a bathtub. The toiletries were also nice. We especially appreciate the complimentary welcome afternoon tea which was a delicious treat. Location is excellent - walking distance to all the hot spots and to countless restaurants and shops.

I stayed there for 4 nights with my family. It was a great location for family staying. Despite a bit distance from the main tourists' places like Tenjin or Seaside, you can get there by walk taking 5~10 min, not that far. Even better, The river Naka is just next to the hotel, which is a beautiful night scenary. The room was spacious compared to the room size in regular Japanese hotels. All the staffs were kind and friendly. Many local shops and restaurants were lacated on just around the hotel. I'd like to stay there again when I visit Fukuoka back.

The hotel is well located and is within walking distance from Canal City and Tenjin shopping area. The complementary afternoon tea set was exquisitely prepared. I’m happy with the arrangements that for a short stay the hotel will simply replace used towels and clean out trash without a daily cleaning, it’s more eco this way.

Travelling with baby and hotel doesn’t provide a crib. Very clean rooms, self service style check in and check out using a machine kiosk, great location just walking distance to Canal City and Yatai food street

Fantastic hotel! It looks exactly like the pictures, the location is great, and the service is excellent. Honestly, I couldn't find any flaws. The view is also very nice.

The room was very clean, and the overall experience was great! There's a 7-Eleven right across the street! The transportation is convenient, only a ten-minute walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of food options nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time!
