民宿位於景德鎮學院西門對面陶府甲第小區。民宿環境還是不錯的，在景德鎮旅遊或者周邊玩的值得推薦，距離浮樑古縣衙也特別的近。
民宿性價比也比較高，舒適度不亞於一般的酒店。
老闆也很熱情，服務也是非常到位。

隔音極其差，外邊説話，走路腳步聲，一清二楚，房間較小，設施簡陋。綜合起來，根本不是民宿，也不符合賓館的功能。堅決建議不要入住。

酒店非常好，千凈衞生，通風，尤其前台服務非常貼心。衞生乾淨，一塵不染，房間住着很安心。
這個位置也比較好 離學校近，價格不貴，環境也不錯，房間乾淨。
