房間挺乾淨的 配置的的東西也很好用 潤膚露點個贊 一樓大堂有個圖書室 環境不錯 外賣是機器人送上去的 也很及時 第一次入住體驗感不錯

阜南本地人 阜南大大小小酒店基本上都住過 可以説這家酒店是目前住這最舒服的 阿姨人也很好 服務也很到位 住酒店就選天阜豪逸大酒店～

服務人員服務都很及時熱情，可能剛過了年，客人不多，20樓有個自助洗衣服的地方，也有健身房，設施比較齊全，適合出差出行

房間中規中矩，衞生可以，前台服務也比較靈活，停車很方便，二樓還有個打邊爐，入住時前台送了代金券，和朋友去轉了轉，感覺還可以，後門出去有很多小吃店，想吃點小吃很方便

基本不發表差評，但這次實在是體驗太差了，忍無可忍，必須講一下糟糕的入住經歷！
天築算是阜南縣比較有名氣的酒店了，但是這裏工作人員服務態度特別不專業，可以説是不尊重客人。尤其是24年正月初五，2月14號那天下午18:45左右前台值班人員，一男一女，那個女的還對客人翻白眼。
具體情況是，上述那個時間我剛好從酒店出去有點事，長者和幾個月大的寶寶在房間，那個時間剛好有客人到酒店房間來訪，過年期間嘛，來看寶寶，長者送客人離開，房門自動關了，寶寶一個人被關在房間了。然後在客人的幫助下通過走廊電話聯繫上前台，想讓工作人員來幫忙開門，服務人員不開，必須要預訂人身份證號才給開。這個要求我們可以理解，但是特殊情況應該要特殊處理！我們説了房間裏面有個幾個月大的小寶寶被關在裏面了，人身安全才是第一位！你們有很多個核實開門人身份的方式，沒有一個方式允許你們拿未成年人的安全來冒險！住客的人身安全必須是第一位！反覆溝通後同意開門了，結果半個小時過去，直到我自己趕回到房間都沒人來開門！責怪前台為什麼不為客人考慮，你們前台兩個人在那裡很高傲地説，他們所謂的規定！規定是死的，人是活的，尤其是服務行業，要有基本的隨機應變能力！那個女前台，甚至沖我翻白眼，服務行業最基本的職業素養都不具備。
衞生條件，基礎設施，尤其是服務態度一星都不想給。
基礎的設施：淋浴房裡麪防滑墊都不提供，也沒有塑料拖鞋，這麼多酒店沒見過這樣的。這個酒店定位還是阜南縣比較好的酒店，這個基礎設施不配！
衞生條件：水龍頭，淋浴室都是臟點點。

大堂還有個圖書館，書的種類還挺豐富，等朋友的時候坐在休息區看本書，時間過的很快，酒店開的有些年頭了，服務很不錯，客房大姐也挺熱情，感冒了，讓多送幾瓶水，立刻就送來了，房間衞生可以

不太滿意酒店給我的房間，一晚上吵死了，我就不信昨天晚上沒有房間了，給我的兩間房都是邊角。樓下的那6個風機一刻不停的轉，噪音特別大。
