園區比較特別，園區內每個民宿都有自己的特色！
金山書院的特點：
1）大堂很大！很大！很大！
2）房間很大！頂很高！
3）房間裏有老闆的寫的喀納斯湖的散文書，很好，值得一讀，特別是去過的那些景點，散文讀來便有感觸！
4）離三號礦坑很近，步行距離。
5）園區內步行到三號餐廳和1949燒烤店。

酒店位於三號礦坑附近，步行就可以到，很不錯。離可可託海景區開車也是很快到了。房間挺不錯，性價比高。早上早飯是送到房間裏面的，服務不錯。

位置很好，停車方便，停車場很大，酒店房間很大，裝修佈置很好。一樓的圖書十分豐富，房間裏的兩本關於喀納斯的書籍十分實用

書院離3號礦很近，走路就能到。大堂就是書吧，很安靜，文藝範或者喜歡安靜的可以選這裏，窗邊靜坐喝喝咖啡看看書之類，感覺舒服。前台小夥人很好，給人感覺就是那就乖乖男仔的感覺。書可以隨便借讀，帶回房間看也可以。吃的話，可以在完前面不遠的地方吃，我帶的兩個小女孩不需吃新疆菜，所以跑到2公里的小鎮吃，但吃的體驗一般。感覺應該還是書院往裡走的那家好吃。

我和家人在這家民宿住了兩天天，非常愉快的旅行體驗。地理位置非常優越，步行幾分鐘就可以到達知名三號礦坑。民宿主人非常熱情好客，給我們提供了非常詳細的旅行建議和幫助。房間乾淨整潔，裝修非常温馨舒適，這是一家非常值得推薦的民宿，我們下次旅行還會再來。

可可託海有哈薩克語裏的“綠色叢林”跟蒙語裏的“藍色港灣”，唯獨沒有海。這座因為舉世聞名的“天然地質博物館”三號礦坑發展起來的小鎮現在已然變身成為了一個佔地面積約有2300平方米的5A級世界地質公園。
🌸金山書院
可可託海金山書院就在國脈“三號礦坑”對面，是由當年礦區的車間改建而成的。大概由於來自東北重工業城市瀋陽，所以對這樣的紅磚老廠房總是有着別樣情懷。
金山書院分為公益閲讀大廳跟客棧兩個區域，佔地面積也幾乎是一半一半。高舉架空闊的大廳是向公眾免費開放的，這裏不定期舉辦各種讀書會跟沙龍。吧枱提供現磨咖啡，午後陽光裏聞着咖啡香氣讀本書，簡單的一次旅行住宿也立刻變得文藝範兒十足～
客棧房間自帶簡約工業風氣質，木質地板跟傢俱，無論是沙發掛畫還是陶瓷杯都非常有質感。浴室設計很有趣，充分利用好了空間做到乾濕半分離。
客棧門口空間很大，隔壁也能停車，客棧內有免費的自助洗衣房供住客使用。
唯一遺憾的就是金山書院不提供早餐，但是送了牛奶跟現烤麪包，院內的餐廳也因為這輪疫情影響沒有開門。

非常乾淨，無論是大堂還是房間，幾乎都是一塵不染。酒店服務的阿姨和叔叔特別熱情的幫助提行李。酒店位置也非常好，離三號坑步行十分鐘。遛彎就到了。

不會讓你失望的一家酒店，整個大堂充滿書香氣息，孩子們喜歡的不得了，阿姨們就在門口耐心的等待，幫忙搬箱子辦入住，絲毫沒有旅行在他鄉的感覺，彷彿回到家中，酒店不提供早餐，房間裏都給準備了麪包牛奶，床很大很舒服，布爾津還有一家分店，由於是旺季，衹訂到了可可託海的這家，很好的入住體驗，附近就是3號礦坑，離可可託海景區也很近，下次還會選擇
