The special room I booked has a kitchen, a balcony, and large windows. The room is quite large. The price/performance ratio is very high for this price. I will come again next time I have the opportunity.

It couldn't be worse. The room smells bad. There isn't even a TV. I've only stayed for two or three hours and the water supply was cut off. I can't take a shower on a hot day. There's no water for flushing the toilet. If I check in for the second time, I'll just forget it.

房間真的很大而且這家民宿也是可以帶狗狗入住的周邊遛狗和吃飯都很方便衞生狀況湊合設施都很陳舊衞生間那些都很設施都很古老但是被子那些都是新換的有潔癖的可以放心的！電梯都是刷卡上樓非常安全白天工地裝修很吵晚上很安靜！

來吧展示 我們去福州玩 福州很好就是住宿很垃圾 （這家的）是我人生中第一次住過這麼垃圾的酒店 開了兩個房間 而且一點都不便宜一晚上 160 左右 我們兩晚兩個房間花了 633 元 我要説的是很重要很重要的關鍵關鍵關鍵🤬😡：1 衞生間沒有門 2 衞生間地漏是堵的 3 牆角全是黴斑 4 外面的老舊小區拆遷哐哐響房間插頭鬆垮垮的，一個都用不了 5 洗手盆裏很臟有煙頭 6 房間的燈有一些沒亮 7 一進門沙發很臟 東西上可以明顯看到很多灰 8 第二天我們進去沒有人打掃衞生 垃圾也不倒 9 吹風機很垃圾 得吹二十分鐘左右 10 洗澡看得到裏面清清楚楚 是透明的！🙈洗澡看得見 11 衣櫃裏面有很臟的被子和枕頭看着蠻噁心的🤮 12 我們看到垃圾桶裏麪周圍怕有蟑螂我弄死了 13 還有一個！花灑不能調！換一個可以調上下的很貴嗎？😅 洗澡或者洗頭直接直的撒下水來 14 窗簾很垃圾 空調很垃圾晚上我麼開了空調很響很吵 反正體驗感很差很差很差 我們嫌麻煩就沒換地方了 本來想第二個晚上換住宿的地方的想想算了 如果你們要住的話自己看看再説吧

續住了一晚，行李多不想折騰。福州好吃的太多了，賓館周邊還是很多民間小吃，街邊店都值得品嚐。聯繫店家加強衞生，修繕，服務態度還是很滿意的，一個電話有求必應！
