周邊交通出行方便，公寓樓下和周邊有很多吃飯的地方，超市也有很多。但建議屋內衞生更乾淨一些，空調可以清洗一遍會更好。

設備還可以 比較適合年輕人 但是衞生條件有點堪憂 牆上不知道是還是什麼污漬有點噁心 沙發的枕頭特別臟 床單裏面的被子黃黃的

衞生條件極差！到達之後一個大門打開還有2間房就算了，隔音效果更是沒有！！衣櫃門也是壞的！洗手間地漏也是堵的！就連床和枕頭都是黃的！頭髮也沒打掃乾淨！沒有想到第一次來福州踩雷的會是住宿方面.實際房間比圖片上差太遠。真是住過最差的一間公寓

民宿，沒有前台，通過微信入住的，衞生不是很好，到處都是蟑螂，但是價格在那裡擺着，性價比很高，很便宜。

首先 來到福州 第一份温暖是房東小姐姐給的。人真的很熱情，我一個方向感極差的路痴，對陌生的地方真的很恐慌沒有安全感，房東小姐姐一直髮消息過來，告訴我該往哪裡走 如果沒有小姐姐提醒我可能真的會忘記！！回到民宿的那一刻真的是大大的驚喜，很漂亮 很温馨的民宿。整體這次體驗感特別好。房間位置也很方便，很好打車！

太感謝了！房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的，房間旁邊是個學校，足夠安靜，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，，真的不錯客服也很熱情 回覆的很及時。設施也很齊全 質感不錯酒店環境很好，也很安靜，衞生不用説，！！！！
