The rooms are very nice, very comfortable, and convenient transportation. Wanda Plaza is nearby, and I will definitely choose this place next time I travel on business.. The lady at the front desk is also very nice.

The location is good. It's close to most everything in Fuzhou. The service is hit and miss. We easily checked in and the desk staff were helpful. The concierge was also very helpful. We stayed two nights and didn't get a full room cleaning between nights which is not like a normal Hyatt. (the hotel wasn't crowded at all) The room also wasn't overly comfortable. There are very few outlets, the overhead rainshower was terrible, and the general room layout made it feel cramped. At night, the hallways were loud as well, likely because so many people were placed on the same floor. For the price, I don't think we will stay there again. I would assume there are other better options, likely cheaper.

Environment: The community is high-end, the loft is hit with the upper and lower floors, the room is large, well decorated and bright. Although the location is OK, the traffic is inconvenient, and it is almost by taxi to go out. Facilities: There is a smart toilet, and there is no ”small degree” voice control. The soundproof door is large, and the cough and phone call next door can be heard clearly. By the way! The password lock touch screen in the room is not easy to use. It takes several times to open it. Hygiene: good health, clean Service: Good service, needs are met

I was very satisfied with the service and facilities here. First of all, the staff at the apartment were very warm and friendly, they always greeted me with a smile and provided me with thoughtful service. The room was very clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable and made me feel very relaxed.
