The location is good, that's the only positive thing. The room was musty, the air conditioning was leaking and the carpet in front of it was wet. The bathroom was extremely slippery due to the humidity. The highlight was that it started dripping from the ceiling at night. I've never had such a bad room. I can't rate the breakfast because there was nothing there. Too many guests, too little space and unfriendly staff.

We were placed next to the elevator for our room. Which isnt horrible, but the sounds from neighboring rooms is loud. It took me a while to fall asleep. Doors slam loud from how heavy they are so thats all you hear. Knocks in the wall sound like bad plumbing. Breakfast has limited seating and juice was mostly gone by 9. There's bare ceiling when walking to your room by the entrance. Unfinished remodeling i guess? We wont be returning.

Stayed overnight to be in town the day before our cruise set sail. This hotel used to be a Four Points by Sheraton, and it does not appear that any quality has been lost in the switch over to becoming Clarion Pointe. However, there is a $10/day charge for parking in their parking lot, even if you are booked there. I don't necessarily have an issue with this, but would have liked to know that it was not covered in the cost of booking, instead of a sign sitting on the front desk. All in all, it was a good stay, and you couldn't beat the price for location and access to the Pleasure Pier and Murdochs across the street, and the strand and cruise terminals were pretty close. The beds could have been a little softer.

I liked the room, but the elevators worked poorly and the shower faucet was horrible to wash my hair. It would not divert to the shower head and barely trickled out. So washing my hair was very difficult and took forever.

It was just an ok stay night before a cruise. Hotel is old and not the cleanest, but for one night it worked.

The hot water for the shower was only warm and didn't last long. They don't have coffee in the lobby at night and it wasn't until after 6:30 am before someone made it. Had to wake up the night staff sleeping on the couch in the lobby. Disappointed in my stay at this hotel.

This property is clean enough, easy checkin, but got noisy the night before our cruise. Also, bc we booked with ******* we didnt get our senior discount. I might add the parking is $10 a night.
We stay here bc of great rates.
