Stayed for 3 nights here from 26th 29th of April. Rooms are badly maintained. Carpets smell. A/C does not work. During the three days of my stay, the restaurant A/C did not work and they did not even bother to keep few pedestal fans. Internal phones dont work too. Towels are dirty. Bed linens smell. The electrical switch boards including the key holder is stuck to the wall with tapes. Door locks are with tapes. I could see extensive use of BOPP tapes everywhere to control the damages. If Some one from Sarovar is reading this, please note that this is not expected out of your brand. Please do something immediately. I am not going to stay here again(Though my company has a tie up with this hotel) unless there is something drastically done to improve this hotel. It is really in sorry state of affairs.

This hotel is a newly opened five-star hotel in the kutch area. Wyndham. I ran into five or six Chinese in the morning. The hotel's environmental facilities are quite good, and there is a small temple more than 100 meters away from the house. The venue is very spacious. The futon sleeps very comfortably in the swimming pool. The price is too expensive.
