Ac was not cooling at all, room was very dirty, tv was switching off. Then they shifted to another room but ac was not cooling in that room too. It was running till 12 midnight. I didn't take a photo

Location of property is excellent, very near to temple, all the necessary things available @ store, food quality is good,

Location of the property is near to the temple(approx. 800 meter. Not worth for the amount that you pay for the room. Keep this as a second option if you don't find a better option compared to this. Rooms are very old, not renovated. Bathroom is not that great, need to be improved compared to the rate it charges.

It's a nice clean property near the temple and beach, it also has a restaurant, though food is not available as room service but beverages are. Although hotel needs to work on the power backup and related support, lot of improvement needed there as charges for ac rooms are standard but when no power for few hours rooms feel like oven. So if charges are premium then service has to be top notch, no routine exercises of mechanic is looking in issue, unless an unforeseen or natural calamity/ problem. Also they should not force for cash payment if you have up i take payment don't ask customer for additional charges, when the restaurant take up i payment why can't hotel. We had three ac room booked and additionally took 7 water bottles apart from 3 they have as welcome kit. These needs to be paid in cash else pay additional. This logic is beyond understanding even water is not supplied and if you buy from us then pay cash. Lastly the restaurant is non ac and in summer it's tough to sit and eat there but the food was delicious and clean.

Property location is good and near the temple. Rooms are old style with old furniture, old tiles and old paint. There's a small park for children which is a plus point. Breakfast was ordinary with no much variety. This hotel needs to be renovated with modern amenities. Not values for money.

Excellent location with close proximity to the temple and beach, food is okay but most of the items in the menu were not available, room was clean and hygienic, overall a pleasant stay.

Positive is only location near to temple. Bed sheet dirty, room with full of mosquitos and noisy ceiling fan are points which are not good for hotel.

Out stay was for one day. The location is near to the temple and beach so good. The rooms were clean though the blankets could be improved in quality. The staff service was also good. The hotel food was ok not too good or bad. Overall good experience but there is definitely scope for improvement in the interiors.
