設施：房間內就有温泉浴池！！！這個真的好贊！而且可以無限次使用！泡温泉隱祕又舒服，身心愉悦。 房間內浴池、洗浴、廁所完全分開，特別方便；還有免費停車場～停車場也很大，停車方便。唯一不足之處，Wi-Fi不太好。
衞生：很乾凈
環境：很不錯
服務：前台小姑娘挺熱情；餐廳的小姑娘很漂亮
早餐品種有點少；但是坐在餐桌上，窗外就是雪山白塔，也太美好了吧！

第一次遇見到酒店説預訂的3間房間衹剩下1間，被其他人續住了。工作失誤雖然是前台小妹的，但是她們在很認真且客氣的解決。而酒店負責人則一臉愛住不住，這點小事別煩我，給你們升房已經給你佔盡便宜的態度。我們要求給續住的客人升房，把原來的房間還給我們，酒店負責人就甩臉走人表示愛投訴就投訴。最後投訴了各種渠道，且旅途時間拖延不了，和前台小妹溝通，拿到了2間泡池房，剩下一間同意升級了套房，説實話除了客廳大其他不如觀景泡池房，套房的衞生間的小的可憐。而朋友的觀景泡池房衞生間乾濕分離，泡池也大（圖5）。給的2樓，幾乎沒景，圖6是在6樓餐廳拍的。如果沒有前面這件不愉快的事，我其實是樂意給高分的。

服務：在攜程預訂該酒店後，電話確認時承諾的熱水、地暖等服務，到店後實際均沒。服務態度非常惡劣，第一次發現沒有熱水洗澡，想打前台反應發現電話不能撥打切號碼為空號。自行去前台反應，承諾維修並給了一個手機號碼。工作人員進屋後説有熱水，要放一下就可以。結果被冷水淋濕發現根本沒有熱水，給的手機號也不能撥通。衹能再次去前台反應被冷水淋還沒有暖氣，已經受涼。工作人員聽了狂笑並表示堅決不給暖氣。我們憤怒表示要投訴。女老闆來店讓我們不要投訴她後台取消訂單，讓我們先離開。現在已經超過該老闆24小時內退款的承諾時限。我們衹能在平台投訴。

一個可以在房間泡湯且可以眺望雪山的酒店，簡直不要太爽。酒店的床品非常舒服，讓我在高原睡了一個好覺。温泉是正宗的硫磺温泉，問了當天一起入住的一個本地喇嘛，一股濃濃硫磺味，全天可泡。樓主睡前和起床都泡了半小時，真的超級舒服。

入住房型與攜程預訂的不一致，預訂有温泉池的房，到店後無，後有臨時補救。前台服務不熟練。
