It was a nice and comfortable stay for the few days I needed. Thank you staff.

We discovered there was no hot water in the bathroom shower @ 3:30am as we were getting ready to depart. When desk clerk was informed, she said that our room had been having that issue! Offered to change rooms for us, which was silly as we had to leave. Said she couldn’t authorize any room discount. Ridiculous.

Everything about the start was fine except the water was barely like warm which was a big disappointment as I was there for a couple of days and couldn't take a proper hot shower. The staff was friendly and even tho it's a little older it was very clean and comfortable.

Everyone at the hotel is super nice however housekeeping Lacks of service I requested full service and a vacuum housekeeping did not do anything I came back to the room trash will still pull the only thing they did was replace the towels this needs to be addressed by the hotel to the housekeeping other than that everything else was great

When I arrived to my hotel there was blood on my blankets. The carpets were stained and the room smelled

The front desk was great, but we only had house keeping one time during our stay. We kept going to the front desk for towels and bathroom tissues or anything we needed I was blaming the holidays schedule for after the holiday it barely improve

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast because it was the same everyday and some people don't eat pork so it would be nice to have turkey bacon or turkey sausage and grits!! Other than that everything else was great the staff was excellent

The staff at the front desk was nice and the breakfast provided seemed orderly and breakfast area was clean. The hotel and especially our room was very dingy. The walls needed to be wiped down from food and liquid or whatever was on them. The furniture was banged up. There was hair in the bathroom floor and in the tub. If we weren’t literally just sleeping there quickly and leaving I would have taken the financial hit and gone to a different hotel.

Bed was comfortable and smelled clean. Breakfast was good.

The staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast was hot and varied from day to day. The room was nice and clean but the bed needs to be replaced.

Close to Cracker Barrel, decent breakfast, polite staff, pleasant surroundings

The room needs some refreshing. Service at the front desk was very good, as well as housekeeping and breakfast staff.
