Quality Inn Creekside - Downtown Gatlinburg

The location of the hotel is very good, there is no need to drive, the environment is beautiful, the hotel breakfast is ordinary, there are not many options, but there are many restaurants around the hotel. Not expensive. The hotel room is large, but the facilities are outdated, the air conditioning is noisy, and the refrigeration is average.
Chalet Inn
3.6/596 Reviews
The Chalet Inn is ion desperate need of a renovation and if not possible, demolition. Like MinMichigan, we too are not ”travel snobs” but the Chalet Inn really needs help. The room was clean but the furniture looked like it was picked up at a thrift store. Our TV never worked properly and although the maintenance man came right away, they never fixed the issue. The walls are paper thin so know that you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you including at 5:45 am when workers started working upstairs from us. Sadly, the grounds are littered and it is clear no one is really minding the store.
SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Gatlinburg

We stayed in a King Suite on the 4th floor for 4 nights. A balcony with a stream off the back of our room. The room was all up to date. The room was very big. King Bed, then a couch, then TV mounted on stone, dining room table. Bathroom was large as well. We are so happy with the room and our stay. Breakfast is top notch with scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes, cereal, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. Perfect Stay!
