The location is good, near to go anywhere. Have restaurants nearby, and the room is clean, staff are friendly

Location is quite good with 20 mins walk to Art street. Grab only RM 6. Very new and clean . Very convenient for food and for vegetarian too. Extended 1 more night of stays. The only problem is no tissue paper is provided

Réception staff were polite and helpful. First time I’ve stayed here. I generally stay in 5 star hotels but having stayed at the Veno hotel, I will definitely stay here in the future.

Everything was fine, staff is friendly, bed is cozy, aircond very strong also. There are water dispensers at lobby. HOWEVER, The toilet bowl got some curly hairs when we just checked in, obviously their cleaning is not doing well. The noise isolation almost non existent, u can hear ppl talking at the corridor, close door sound, knock door sound.

Hotel very clean, parking car also very convenient. Easy to go everywhere for sightseeing. Highly recommend.

This hotel is new and clean, however limited in terms of amenities and facilities. Suitable for a couple of nights though.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L).

Hotel is quite new, clean, price is low. The soundproofing is not not good. But overall it's good.

Couple stay Everything was superb, new hotel, nice staff, clean, comfortable. The only issue is the aircond was not cold enough even the temperature set was 17c with 3 fan speed.. Definitely will be there again.. If you find a hotel that near by attractive place, this might not be the best. But for quite, relax. It is the best.

Veno hotel is conveniently located near lots of famous food street like New Lane Hawker, Chulia Street. etc! Room cleaning service is prompt daily and does the job perfectly! Pricing is reasonable and not to forget that the hotel is pleasantly new since it is only built in 2021!

Location of hotel was good. Many places to eat within walking distance. Staff was okay. I wasnt a fan of the policy of paying a additional money for an extra blanket. Thats absurd Also the bed had beg bugs

Room was exceptionally spacious and it comes with a huge bathroom too! This hotel is conveniently located in Lebuh Zainal Abidin where you could find delicious local delicacies within walking distance. Plenty of parking spaces outside the hotel however you should download the penang parking apps to avoid getting a summon from the local authority.
