Ramada Plaza is conveniently situated next to the Macedon-Greek border. We have been regular guests here, for many years. I’d like to take this opportunity to voice my impressions regarding my stay here, during mid corona virus pandemic. On my last visit in Macedonia, during November and December, I had been scheduled to take up rehabilitation in the complex Negoski banji following an injury a few months ago, and stay in Negorci until my recuperation. Instead, I decided to stay in Ramada and make my daily trips for the therapy. The receptionist Biljana was extremely helpful and arrange my transportation back and forth that made my recuperation easy going. Biljana was kind and attentive catered to my needs. Every effort was made to accommodate my requests. Great compliment I’d like to direct to a chauffeur called Philip, who kindly transported me on several occasions to the ambulance in Negorci and back to the hotel. This property was very well maintained despite the lack of staff and was only hotel live 24 hours during covid-19 pandemic time. During all the restrictions Ramada Paza and Princess still offered exceptional service standards. There were lots of sanitising stations throughout the ****** to stay clean. Swimming pool and spa centre very well maintained. The highlight of my stay was that I had my birthday scheduled to celebrate in the ****** and on the same night was The Princess ****** 10th anniversary too… It was a blast. There were lots of rewards on the same night , being draw out every hour of the night. I won neither of them but being part of a very well executed fun night is more that I was expecting during the restrictions. One minute you win the next you lose, but the certain thing is that everyone is having fun. The ****** team and Selcuk, were every step of the way taking care of us while we play machines and have fun. In Princess everyone is a centar of all the action and is recognised for it. I can’t wait for everything to go back to normal so I can visit Ramada Plaza and Princess ****** more often. In a meantime, I will highly recommend this establishment to everyone who is looking forward to spending quality time.
