Everything at the hotel was wonderful! The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was convenient for us – a little further from the center, but we rented an electric scooter and it was only 5-10 minutes to get there. The entire grounds were lush and green. The pool was a bit heavily chlorinated, but personally, I didn't need to use it anyway. There's also a restaurant just steps away with an ocean view ❤️

Great hotel, a bit far (25-30 min) walk from the port, but you can rent bikes, so it's a really great hotel. Very clean and the service was truly professional. It was my girlfriend's birthday and they decorated the bed with folded towels to make a cake and flower petals. The restaurant on the beach is also great, with a magnificent view.

Although this hotel is rated 5-star, it really doesn't live up to it anymore. I'd say it's a maximum of 4-star, everything feels a bit worn out. The biggest plus is its location, especially if you're looking for clean water without the boats and gas fumes you'd find near a port. For two consecutive nights, we heard someone running and making noise in the attic room above us. We asked the staff to check it out, and they said everything was fine, but it happened again the next night. It sounded like cats. On the positive side, the in-room internet was good, and having Netflix was a nice bonus.

The room was nice, with several outlets on the wall, including both a two-pin and three-pin Chinese standard. The hotel has two adult swimming pools (1.6m and 1.3m deep) and one children's pool (0.8m deep). Breakfast is a full buffet with a wide variety of options, and the Vietnamese pho was delicious. A thoughtful touch was the restaurant calling our room to remind us about breakfast if we hadn't shown up by 9 AM. The downsides are the late 2 PM check-in time. Also, being located on the northern beach, dining options and snack shops nearby are limited, so you'll need to rent a car to get around and find food.

Great position. Our room was beautiful, clean, modern, very comfortable bed. Staff very freindly and obliging. Great coffee. We didn't eat at restaurant. Nice part of island, quiter than main hub tho not far to travel. Hire bike from reception easy. Other decent resorts close by so can mix up ears and drinks location. Snorkle directly in front of hotel, loads beautiful turtles

I had a really nice stay at Jambuluwuk Oceano Gili Trawangan. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the island, which was perfect for relaxing while still being easy to reach the center by bike. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was beautiful. The pools and beachfront area were definitely highlights of the stay. The staff was very friendly and always helpful throughout my trip. Breakfast was correct with enough variety to start the day well, even if it could be improved a little. I also loved the location for watching the sunset and snorkeling nearby. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for a relaxing trip in Gili Trawangan.

Perfect resort from the comfortable beds to the YouTube TV. Pools and night bbq! Bikes to ride and next to turtle beach it was perfect I wish I could stay 2 weeks
