This hotel would have great potential, but it still needs to take care of its customers. certainly, there are qualities: beautiful building, with well-decorated corridors, elevator, well located with superb open views of the valley, the old and new towns, large flat terrace in front. however a lot of downsides. to illustrate a few of them, 1) twice, I went to reception to ask to operate the tv and its particular “smart box”, I waited 1 hour the first time without any response, and 15 minutes a second time … nothing is followed concretely, in 2 days no TV, b) the room telephone did not work, c) very basic room, dull, in terms of decoration, d) on the 5 electrical outlets in the room , impossible to easily recharge our devices, one socket by the wifi router, the 2nd by the smart tv box, the other by the bedside lamp, a 4th by the kettle, fridge, etc… e) breakfast is d 'a distressing basic, non-existent service, and for example the hot dishes initially are not kept warm in any way, fruit and unfortunately nothing local is offered, and we discover by chance that we can be served a cappuccino, no tea offered… in short, not 4* level f) you can add a very expensive taxi to go from the bus station to the hotel. Like many other hotels, even much simpler, they offer to pick you up, here there is only a few minutes journey (the return was however granted to us by the hotel, but at the cost of a repeated request , almost reluctantly, nothing followed for us) g) during check out, no “bon voyage”, no excuses. h) we have not received any invoice after payment. i) our room was not made on the 2nd day (sic), it seems that it should have been mentioned in advance… j) the first evening, loud music in front of the terrace, difficult to fall asleep k) early the next morning, waking up by the gardener cutting the hedges in front of the hotel rooms (sic)…. in short a hotel, with weak communication and visibly not managed for customers
