Everything about our stay was great, except the front desk. Nice people, but completely screwed up the billing.

Room is clean, bed is very comfortable. The hotel is close to a busy highway under construction but honestly we couldn’t hear any noise. The only thing that kept me from giving a five star was the door lock to our room. It’s a little hard to turn to unlock.

When I checked in the attendant at the front desk stated well as you heard the boiler went out and there’s no hot water she said they had been dealing with the issue since Wednesday, I booked my room Friday I feel I should have been made aware of this problem and again I called Saturday to see if I could check in early she stated I could because there were room available, still never making me aware of the issue. I asked was I going to be discounted she said no but it’s my choice if I wanted to go somewhere else. My problem with that was if she would have told me the issue before I got there I would have gone somewhere else, I had just got in from Texas and all I needed right then was a HOT shower and a nap.

It was nice and quiet. Bed was comfy. Shower was a little small and it took a while for the water to get hot but other than that it was a nice stay.

Construction adjacent to hotel. Very loud equipment that started at 5:30 am. Highway noise all night long! Fmorget about sleeping.

The staff was there were very nice. One of the housekeeping staff members, Marnico (I think I spelled incorrectly) was extremely nice and helpful. I would stay here again. The location was nice.

The woman on the front desk's interpersonal skills are non-existent. She was condescending, patronizing and combative when attempting to get a reservation straightened out.
The issue could have been resolved in half the time that the call took if she would have been more interested in getting the guest checked in.

Very nice stay overall. Only downsides were the very uncomfortable pillows and construction outside the window (nothing the Hotel could do about the construction, just bad timing). Overall, very clean and fresh smelling. Also, if you request cleaning services daily upon check in... go to the front desk daily and remind them. We requested upon checkin, but they never came all 3 days we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
