2 nights and everything was correct. very close to the canyon bridge.

The difference is incomparable. The soundproofing of the room is poor, there is almost no hot water, the floor is dirty, the bed can knock your legs bruised, and the mattress can be moved when you fall asleep! ! !

Arrived and found out that both pool and hot tub were closed. Looked like they were filled, but covered. When we asked the front desk if there is a community pool to visit we were just told “I don’t know”.
Checked in, room was freezing cold, so everyone hopped under the blankets only to find that the bedding was still very damp, almost wet. Told the front desk, and instead of changing the bedding we were told we had to move rooms.
Later that night, went to have a shower and the water would not switch from faucet to shower head. No showers for us.
On the plus side, rooms were relatively clean, and have recently been updated.

Get what you pay for. Can hear conversions through the wall. Pool and hot tub out of service, seems to be more common than it should. Room was decent, had bare minimum expectations. Did feel clean and comfortable sleeping in the bed.

I come through golden x2 / month and always stay here. Affordable, clean, and quiet. I only wish their hottub and pool facility was open.

Checked out a day early, refused to refund for the night that was prepaid for through *******. ******* reached out to the staff and did not get a response. Will not stay here again.

We were just passing thru, so we needed the basic accommodation. For the price we were ok with what we got, but if you plan on stay longer, you might want to consider paying a little more and get a more comfortable accommodation.

Excellent customer service. Fantastic Indian food on the property. Great hotel for the price. Not spotless, but exceptionally clean for people who aren’t meticulous.
