Very very expensive. Great customer service. Rooms are great. We were in a 2 double bed room at the Inn. Food excellent. We were there for a wedding. The arrangements were excellent. A very quaint town. Check out the MK a short walk from the Inn for lunch.

We enjoyed staying at the Grafton Inn. It is a historic Inn but is very well maintained and well managed. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the elevator as it made it easier to deal with our luggage. We had dinner at the Inn and it was very good as well.

This review is of Angela Comstock, as we did not stay at the inn but did indeed have an excellent experience with her directly. My husband and I were exploring Grafton and came upon the Grafton Trails & Outdoor Center. We were greeted by the most friendly smile and spent a long time talking with Angela. She was a wealth of information with regard to the trails and activities available in the area, the inn, the town, you name it. It is largely because of her that we will be back for more exploring and fun! Angela represented the welcoming feeling of this lovely town and it's incredible offerings - she is an asset to the community and to visitors!

Gorgeous property in a wonderful place. However, we found the front desk "welcome" staff person pinched and rude. She didn't offer to help carry bags, didn't smile, couldn't answer basic questions about the hotel, and generally had a terrible vibe. Thankfully other staff members, such as the night staff and restaurant / morning staff, were more friendly, warm, and human.

I made a reservation on 1/10 at Grafton Inn for a few nights of February vacation starting 2/17. On 2/4, payment was taken in full for the reservation. On 2/8, just 10 days before our trip, the reservation was cancelled by the Inn. They stated they had damages that rendered the unit we were to stay uninhabitable. Apparently repairs needed to be done urgently during February vacation week. Only after I asked was I offered another room- but not for the Saturday start date I had originally booked.

If you can pay the $300, it is one of the best inn/hotel experiences we've had. Very helpful staff. Great room (two beds, sitting room). Excellent breakfast. Not much to do in Grafton itself (Grafton Cheese is not in the town), but a nice place to stay before beginning the Vermont Cheese Trail or your fall leaf tour of Vermont.

The Grafton Inn hosted our daughter's wedding on 29-30 September, and the entire staff did a marvelous job. I don't remember everyone's name, but Olivia Johnson (the wedding coordinator) in particular was excellent. Our room was well equipped and comfortable, the food was great, and the staff was very attentive to all the needs of the guests. With COVID-19 on the uptick, we brought along a powerful air purifier and asked to have as many windows open as possible. The staff responded to our concern with the utmost professionalism, moving the purifier from room to room to follow the crowd and ventilating the spaces as much as possible. I highly recommend the Inn for a wedding or just for a stay. It is a beautiful setting, both indoors and outdoors.

My husband and I took my parents here for a ski weekend in January. We loved it! Truthfully, when it warmed up and the snow was not as great I was nervous there wouldn't be enough for us to do in the area. However we had a wonderful time. We ate at both the Phelps Barn and the dining room. Both were delicious although a very similar menu. Breakfast each day was amazing! Definitely will fill you up. We checked out the area heading up to Okemo and Chester. At night we used the common area to have snacks/wine and play games from their selection. We also snowshoed at the rec center. One thing I wish I had paid better attention to was when the cheese factory and rec center would be open. Given the holiday weekend, I assumed all days but that was not the case.

I attended a meeting held at the Grafton Inn. The Inn is very charming and a delightful setting for groups to gather. The guest rooms are very clean, well appointed and nicely decorated. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very attentive. The meals were excellent, well prepared and presented. There are plenty of inviting cozy common areas at the inn to relax or have a quiet conversation. The Grafton Inn is quiet and the town setting is Vermont picture perfect.
