Estadia excelente. Lugar muito bom. Sr Roque e esposa excelentes pessoas. Tudo perfeito, mobília, roupa de banho e de cama. Colchão perfeito. Tudo funcionando em perfeito estado. Com certeza recomendo e faço questão de ficar hospedado no mesmo lugar no retorno à Gramado.

Estive hospedado no Viena com meu esposo, minha mae e meus dois filhos (4 meses e 2 anos (que é autista e se sentiu muitoo bem)), e fomos muitooo bem recebidos! Eles prontamente disponibilizaram 2 bercinhos é uma banheira para banho do meu menor! Foram super atenciosos! O Flat é perfeito, atendeu muito bem todas as nossas expectativas, eu diria que até superou! Voltarei lá todas as vezes que eu for a Gramado! Deixo minha Gratidão

Excelente hospedagem, tudo era novo, organizado, funcional, o local é muito silencioso pois fica numa rua sem saída e ainda tem janelas de vidro duplo, o silêncio é total. O Flat é grande, inclusive o banheiro bem espaçoso, bastante iluminação natural e num local bem tranquilo com muito verde. Ideal para quem está de carro, fica a menos de 10 minutos da maioria dos passeios de Gramado e possui garagem e portão eletrônico. Não recomendo para quem está a pé pois é um pouco afastado do centro e de qualquer passeio.
