Gramado Planalto Hotels

We arrived and were super well-served. All staff were quite charismatic and performing. The only thing that did not make the stay perfect is the bed of the room. They were two single beds together, making sleep a little uncomfortable. And all the things are perfect

The hotel is clean and organised!

We are hosted in this hotel this week. We are very happy and satisfied with everything in general ! Reception, hosting : excellent breakfast with many varieties . hot cheese bread all the time. The super comfortable room, bed and shower, with hot and noise-free air conditioning ! Super recommended and I will return in the next opportunity with certainty ! Cost and benefit.

We realized this is the low end of this growing chain of hotels in the city. Upon entering the lobby is freshly decorated and the staff was polite but things got worse as our days continued. We were waiting in the lobby for our ride when a young man approached us about a discount for looking at their newest property. Now, I'd understand this except for the fact that this property is in need of care. Our bedroom had broken lights, drapes that did not close all the way, a shower that the floor needed repair on, and a room that was in general need of a redo. I went to breakfast and discovered the bee hive where our young man selling the new property came from. As I was chased down the hall by another young man trying to sell me another visit to thier showroom, I managed to get by but decided to skip breakfast not wanting to be engaged a third time by the gang that has base camp outside the dining room. How unpleasant. Worst of all, there is a separate beauty shop in the lobby. My wife needed to get her nails done. She made an appointment letting them know she was a hotel guest. Thier system was down as she booked for the next morning. As you can guess, they had no recollection or record of the appointment and told my wife they were booked solid. When my wife asked to see the owner or manager, she was unavailable but, the girl who booked her appointment appeared. In a wave and com'on, she begrudgingly attempted to take my wife back to do her nails. My wife said, ”not like that I'm not going without even an apology or sorry.” The front desk of this hotel, when asked about a restaurant recommendation, looking confused said, ”oh, a place to eat, uhmmmm, I guess I could look and see.” Well done! I guess we won't be back and we certainly won't be booking at your biggest and newest. We needed a place to get our work done and you provided a slop house with your sales people running around bothering everyone at a hotel you run in need of repairs and remodeling. Well done! If you Google, ”great sales techniques,” you'll find under what not to do, this entire hotel as an example including business you allow to mistreat your guests. There are plenty of places to stay in Gramado, pass on this one and the partner chain hotels unless they are the only one left. The good reviews are apperantly from when closer to the time the hotel was built. Build em and abandon them! Excellent strategy folks.

By history, and famous for the hotel leaves to desire a little in the facilities, some old rooms, and with things that don't work, after we complained we re-allocated to a newly pensioned room, they should keep the standard for all rooms. Restaurant Forneria magnificent!! All good!! Understood for Amanda!! Near the center, all near, great for a night walk, because the city security allows us, one of the rare places of the country where we can walk unoccupied by the streets. Payment parking the part (third-party company), we know at the arrival, could give more emphasis on sales platforms, however the service is worth every cent, agility and responsibility with the vehicle, all manoeuvres with education and good the first impression was the best possible! Receptionists and concierge (Albano) very requested and careful. Smsgs and sympathetic. Ulisses spent a job with our kkkk baggage but it was exceptional!! We will certainly come back (I hope to stay in the pensioned rooms rsrsrs).

Excelente estadia. Ficamos hospedados no Laghetto Viale no início de Janeiro de 2023 e a experiência foi incrível. O quarto é amplo, a cama é confortável, ficamos em uma acomodação com vista para a rua principal, o banheiro também é muito bom e a limpeza impecável. O Hotel fica a aproximadamente 800 metros do centro, bem perto da Igreja e da Rua Coberta, íamos andando para o centro. O café da manhã é bom, bem variado. O atendimento pelos funcionários é impecável, acho que é o diferencial desse Hotel. Tudo muito organizado. Precisei utilizar o ferro de passar e basta ir na lavanderia que fica no andar -2. Quero deixar registrado um agradecimento especial ao funcionário Patrick, que nos atendeu muito bem e, quando precisamos de um auxílio, prontamente nos ajudou e nos deu todo o suporte.

Good experience generally. Good central location relative to local attractions, restaurants. Rooms clean and hotel overall well maintained. Reception staff very helpful and welcoming. Limited english spoken by some reception staff. Nice touch was a games room with pool tables and children friendly area. Internet connected PC screens (2) available, and wifi thoughout hotel. Only disappointed aspect was breakfast, as fruit and bread based foods were not best examples, or freshest. Also anything food not put out will be charged, like boiled or fried eggs, incur extra charges. They do provide lunch and dinner, but few made use of this, as plenty of good quality nearby. However, despite latter, I would recommend this hotel.
