Hotel Casa 1800 Granada

The hotel is well located to explore Granada. Upon our arrival Juan at reception had noted on the city map some tapas bars to visit, top sites and neighbourhoods to explore. One of his recommendations became a favourite spot for vermut and tapas, Bodegas Castañeda. The room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast service was delicious and a great espresso machine turned out excellent coffee. They even have an afternoon tea service. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful and shared their thoughts on making the most for visiting Granada. Highly recommend Hotel Casa 1800 and we look forward to staying with them again next time we are in Granada.

Perfect location in Granada right off the main street, so the hotel is quiet. Fragrant smells of flowers as soon as you walk in. Friendly staff that were very helpful. You have access to waters whenever needed which is helpful in the dry climate. Comfortable beds. They even have a pillow menu to suit your needs!

Charming hotel with great decoration in a typical building. Great location, anything in Granada is at a walking distance, allowing even to pause & rest in room anytime. Veru helpfull staff and high level of services, incl. free coffee, water, and even mid afternoon snack.

Hotel Casa 1800 is in a wonderful location within the old town, walking distance to the Alhambra, shopping and restaurants. The amenities are truly top-notch, with beautiful furnishings, a delicious breakfast and afternoon buffet, and attentive service staff. Beware though, the description of rooms on the website is misleading. There are several rooms facing the busy courtyard without privacy (if you open the interior shutters you are on full display), noisy because all the courtyard activity carries into the room (people sitting at tables under your window late into the evening) and dark (you can't open the shutters, as described earlier, so no natural light). The hotel classifies these rooms as superior, while other rooms on upper floors that match the website description and photos of a superior room are much quieter, private and light-filled. Truly superior. Perhaps a request for an upper room would be honored? We were put in one of the lower rooms and the hotel did accommodate our request to move after the first night. Just be aware, you may not get what you think you booked looking at the website. Otherwise five stars and highly recommended.

We spent five nights here and had a wonderful visit. Everything about the hotel was charming. We very much enjoyed the complementary afternoon teas and also found the breakfast buffet very good on the two days we had that. (Note there is a charge for the buffet.) Great location also. We would love to stay there again.

Amazing experience! Such a cute little hotel with great atmosphere! Very happy that we found this place in the center of Granada. The room is in spanish style with the windows looking out in the little cute courtyard. Bathroom and shower is very comfortable and clean. Very good service and pleasant complementary: coffee and tea. Sweet spot!

Our stay here in Granada was splendid! Their staff and service is exceptional ; from the first email explaining how to arrive to checkin to restaurant recommendations and the complimentary bottle of champagne and afternoon “tea time”. This boutique hotel was clean and within walking distance of everything we explored. It’s fantastic… and on our list to return to it if in Granada again.

The hotel is in a great location, near the river and in the old town. For the price it’s a lot of value. The staff were very accommodating ! There is a lovely courtyard where we had breakfast every morning. When we return to Granada I’d be happy to stay there again.

Great location, friendly and helpful recepiton staffs. Too many drinks and foods on he free tea time after 16.30. It was great! The rooms and all hotel was very clean. The hotel locatinon is in the center of Alhambra and very close the all historical places.
