Only reason I was upset is I booked this property specifically because they had a hot tub only to find out that no one can use it for some reason. Was not happy about that but property overall was great

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Felt safe and clean. A little bit of noise could be heard from floor above mine at night.

Nice hotel. Spacious room. Laminate flooring. Shower leaked a little onto bathroom floor. Looked like some attempt to fix was started but not finished. Was mostly quiet in the room except this morning we could hear the people above our room walking starting at 5am and it didn't stop until after 7am. Bed was comfortable but a little firmer than i prefer. Lots of channels on tv. Easy commute to at&t and globe life stadiums.

Front desk was very nice, hotel recently renovated, no insulation to stop all the noise though. Upstairs room was stomping around and slamming doors and you could hear everything. Staff, hotel, great! Guests, not great.

The cleaning chemicals used in the room had us both congested in 2 hours. We returned home for the night. We were there due to our water being off overnight for plumbing repairs.

Ive stayed on the property a number of times. I enjoy the location. I was disappointed in my rooms restroom. The toilet didnt work and the fixtures in the shower were very loose and rusty in appearance. I communicated this to the front desk upon check out. This didn't appear to be a concern.

The hotel was okay once I was able to stay in it. Someone messed up, be it ******* or the hotel, as they did not have my reservation that had been booked through *******. Due to a huge event occurring over that weekend in the area, finding another room was difficult. After a lot of communication with ******* and staff at the hotel, a solution was finally reached, but it was more stress that was not needed. If you are booking with *******, double check with your hotel prior to arrival to make sure they have record of your reservation.
