This is a lovely property right on the River front in downtown Greenville. Valet or self parking available. They are currently renovating the breakfast area ao the breakfast was grab and go which was disappointing. Once it is completed it will be lovely.

I was overcharged for my stay. Not happy about that. And they couldn’t seem to find the problem before I even checked out.

Very nice hotel in a great location. I was a bit put-off when we arrived at 2:25 pm and was told there was a $20 early check in fee. Check in is at 3pm...

Joby checked us in and offered to move us to a different room since it was my husband’s birthday. She gave us a River view room and she even gave us a few beers complementary for my husband’s birthday celebration. Check in was very easy and quick. We valet parked and walked to a few restaurants for appetizers and dinner. We also rode the electric bikes that were for rent near the hotel, and that was super fun. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was clean and well cared for. The hotel is located downtown in walking distance to resturants and stores. Geat hotel for a weekend getaway.

Great stay. Convenient proximity to daughter’s apartment. Staff helpful. Especially the lady in the breakfast area.

Everything was beautiful, all staff was more than kind and amazing during our stay besides management. Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. Will never be back again due to her. Would not want to stay somewhere where a manager treats her customers the way she does. Her name is Joby Chanko.

My wife and I were in town for a three night stay. The location downtown was ideal, walkable to shops, restaurants and the river walk. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend the Hotel.

Everything here far exceeded expectations. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Very clean and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go!!

The facility was very nice and well maintained. All of the staff that I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the convenience of how close the property was to restaurants and shopping.

We have stayed at this hotel in the recent past. Friendly service, nice breakfast and very clean. However, the overnight was not good. Loud music and the air/heating unit was very loud as like metal banging together. This lasted for a time between 3am and 4:30 am. Not very pleasant. Finally for some reason the noise and music stopped. Nice hotel but probably wont return.

We upgraded to a suite and was well worth the price! Great walkable location to many dining options and late night clubs. Premade Omelette breakfast was very good with sausage and waffles in the morning. Definitely a great place to stay.

The hotel is in perfect location very clean! The staff is very friendly and all the time are cleaning, and in the breakfast they are so nice. The parking is near the hotel is no from the hotel is public parking but the parking have a electric car service! That’s is great too!

We always enjoy staying in Greenville at the Hampton Inn downtown. It is conveniently located near everything we enjoy. It is especially fun when Main Street is decorated for Christmas. The room was very comfortable and the staff very helpful.
