Very spacious, clean room. This property does not have an elevator which makes taking things to room a little difficult but it would not hinder us from staying here again. Overall very nice hotel.

From the moment of check in the guest service lady was extremely nice and warm. We came from Illinois and she said she will be my aunt for the day. LOl! I didn't see her anymore. The room was very nice. My son and I loved the bed and the pillows, felt really good. Would recommend this stay in the future.

Sheqeria is the best hostess/receptionist at this location. She knows how to help make clients feel welcome. She thinks out of the box to address issues and make them non-issues, which is probably why I had none to report.
Next best is Talesia, but I only encountered her once, at checkout.
The two ladies in the breakfast room are both excellent, as is the breakfast itself.
My stay was so good, I extended by three days, one day at a time.

Arrival and check-in went smoothly. The hotel was very clean, our room was fresh and clean. Surrounding area was quiet during sleeping hours. The breakfast was good and the ladies in the breakfast area were very pleasant.
When checking out the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant as well.

It was pretty okay stayed there two nights I enjoyed myself I felt pretty safe but it was pretty noisy I could hear the people above and beside me. The bed was pretty comfortable
