Affordable hotel in the heart of Providencia. Super walkable area, lots of restaurants and cafes. Our room was on the first floor near the lobby, so the noise was pretty loud. I think if we had stayed longer than 1 night, we would have asked to be moved to a different floor. The room was really clean and modern. The shower is very nice. The towels are old, but fine. You will need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner. They only provide bar soap.

Staff is great and welcoming. Room is spacious and clean and new. But the shampoo and body wash are not complimentary? And the TV doesn't have signal....

This is a nice small hotel. Perfect for short stays. We’ve stayed here 3x this year. Has not has any problems. Staff are always courteous and helpful esp with non-spanish speaking guests.

The people at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is in a good area and the decor is new, it has a nice restaurant with good food

I love the location. It was far from my friends downtown and worth the extra drive to be at the local spot

When I checked in I was given room 208, I noticed some water damage in the bathroom ceiling, but didn't pay too much attention to it. The next morning, while brushing my teeth, water was leaking from the ceiling right by the light. Found that to be a huge safety concern. I went to front desk and asked for either the problem to be fixed or to be changed to a different room. I was moved to room 207, which was much smaller, but without safety issues. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Love that it was all adult only hotel. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and a small restaurant on the premise. I will definitely go back there again.

The desk clerk was flirting with 3 girls and apparently I was an inconvenience. He was unprofessional & bad at his job. Had a great day & this is how my day was ended. My key didn’t work & I had to call back my driver & security & then amazingly the key worked

It has been my third time there and I have no complaints or bad reviews. Excellent service and ideal location for me.

Good location, clean, tasty food, the swimming pool has warm water, but the best is the staff all of the workers were very kind

Restaurant did not have good cooks, poor table service Inside the room , the amenities did not have a sign they were for sale. Extremely highly priced when I dropped one that its container broke. Towels are very old and grayish instead of white. Front desk does not treat clients courteously. They become argumentative. They need a customer service course. It has potential but needs improvement

I like the comfort and peaceful environment also the location and walking distance to a good variety of good restaurants.
