La ubicación y servicio muy bueno. Lo único malo es que se llena el estacionamiento y no encuentras lugar, las habitaciones tienen poca luz, el aire acondicionado no servía.

Parking and walk ability are the assets to this property. The downside is only 3-4 people can use the two elevators for a 17 story property. We waited so long for elevators.

The rooms are clean however absolutely no amenities. Not even a glass to use when brushing teeth. No top sheet in bed just a fitted sheet and a blanket. Bed didn’t feel clean. I asked for clean sheets on second day but did not get them
Asked for hair dryer and iron and had to leave my ID at the front desk for those. Asked for a safe and was told the safe was down in the administration area. No room safe.

There was too many people, no free parking spaces and rooms don't isolate well the sound. The hotel location is very good. The staff is very kind. Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed in Guadalajara.

There a.lot of construction around the hotel. Besides.id.the noise at late night was unbearable.

Bathroom after you used it does no a fan to suck the smell an when you take a shower the water leeks falling outside the bath it doesn’t have a hoot to close it

location is perfect, walking distance from lots of restaurants. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and good size. wifi is a bit glitchy but other than that very good option, recommended
