Okay I didn't want to go to there but since the owner has the nerve to accuse me of something and reasoning why I gave 1 star, I have to write the truth. The owner of Casa finlandua is a complete Egoist!! I was very very sick with a terrible stomach virus (not covid because I got tested 2 times before) it was because of some bad food I had, happens a lot in mexico. Anyway, I lost soooo much water and fluids and was passing out I called the owner that he should call an ambulance but he just refused!! My friend had to pick me up because the owner was too selfish to help me if my friend wouldn't have picked up the phone I don't know what would have happend!! I was desperate in pain and was passing out constantly and when my friend arrived he didn't even show him where I am at the owner was just like :,, She is somewhere in the back" to be honest he should be fired, I will write the finish embassy and tell them everything what happend and his dicline not to help people in need. What a terrible person. Dont go there, don't get fooled by the pictures. A lot of black hair in the shower too I had to ask the lady twice to clean it. I don't recommend this place at all only because of the owner. But as you can see in the reviews, a lot of people had problems with him, no surprise.

El administrador súper grosero. No se puede clasificar como un hotel. Debes apegarte a sus horarios de entrada y salida y compartir todo con los demás huéspedes. Nunca te mencionan esto. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio. La peor de las experiencias.

Requiere un poco de mantenimiento, los televisores no funcionaban (fue informado durante el check in, antes de aceptar) pero pues no se tenia otra opción.

Es la primera vez que me hospedo en un Consulado, así que muy interesante la experiencia. Es un poco fría la casa pero se compensa con la calidez de las personas. Buen Ambiente, excelente ubicación cerca de todo. Mucha seguridad que es un tema muy importante.

Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Utilizamos las instalaciones sólo para dormir y tomar un baño. Muy buen control de ruidos durante la noche. Dormimos como bebés. El estacionamiento es en la calle pero es una zona segura, ningún tema.

La verdad la atención fue buena, lo normal, pero no se si calificaría el sitio como un hotel, más bien parece un airbnb, la comodidad de la habitación no fue buena, todo era muy pequeño y al no tener aire acondicionado la pasé bastante mal por las noches, las habitaciones eran muy calientes aún cuando afuera hacía frío, no estaban bien ventiladas, Creo que el monto pagado no equivale al servicio recibido. Pudo ser mejor en definitiva.
Volvería a hospedarme aquí?, creo que sería mi última opción. Por fotos se ve mejor de lo que es en realidad y el tema de los mosquitos era terrible, por eso debía estar todo cerrado...

No es un hotel ni un b&b … un lugar bien ubicado ,muy básico , papel de baño del más corriente , aire condicionado solo en algunas habitaciones , huele muy raro como a cloró . El baño muy pequeño sin espacio para colocar ropa ni artículos de baño ,en la regadera no hay donde colocar el jabón . El servicio básico ,poco conocimiento por parte de los recepcionistas. La habitación de mi familia no fue limpiada ni un día … además de haber interrumpido el sueño en domingo a las 8 am para instalar cable de tv. Lo cual es ridiculo y muy molesto . En fin , no regresaremos por supuesto ,ni lo recomiendo . Si cambian muchas cosas pueden tener potencial por su ubicación …
