I liked that it was in the center of the city. I requested additional towels and they never brought them. We were four and they only provided 2 bath towels per day’

Considering the difference in language the staff were very patient and accommodating. We liked the character of old Mexico. The hotel was ideally situated in the historic district. Great coffee shop right outside. Only negative did not open till. 8.30. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou.

The hotel is very outdated, description said that the hotel offer free parking but it wasn’t true, I had to paid extra for parking, room was dirty, we even asked for paper toilet because it was as none.
The only good thing was the location.

If you choose city view room, you can see fireworks at night. Easy to walk to central area.

We only stayed for a few hrs , our tour started early and we wanted to checkout the town
